I notice that every new comer is always asking the same question which is the answer is already provided in every pinned message. In my opinion this can lower the quality of this forum if the members will always asking the same question and we always see this over and over again. Because of this, every investors would hard to find trust in here since investors are always seeking the standard of something that they want to become part with them.
Here is my suggestion.
Why not create an article about the basic information in this forum, example: the link of the rules, link about how to withdraw the rewards, link about karma. But this article should be written in a local language and this will delivered automatically in the inbox of every new registered member.
Doing this we can maintain the cleanliness and the quality of our forum. All members will become aware and well-oriented, we can also avoid ignorance.
With this giving negative karma will become more useful and members will incourage to give time of reading first before posting.

We already have that kind of links, links that has basic and primary information about this forum. And yes, it is already pinned in the local boards. But, unfortunately, some members dont read them and some dont pay attention about it and choose to ignore it and post what ever they want to post just to improve their ranks and point counts. And in my opinion, the result will be just the same, even if its in the inbox of every member. They will just ignore it. :(
