It's great that the tech industry is growing more diverse. Jobs like UX designers and digital marketers require more imagination and strategy than coding. It helps us remember that technology is more than just writing code. One more important part of this mix is the Scrum Master. They are very important to project management, especially in agile settings, and don't need to know how to code. That they help teams stay on track without getting into the technical stuff is pretty cool for people who are better at organizing and leading. ;D
