Title: Banks eventually accepting Bitcoin?
Post by: Domithra on June 26, 2018, 05:31:09 AM
I don't doubt this point 100% because everything is possible but these 2 bodies, Bitcoin and Banks work on different principle, thus decentralization and centralization respectively. The question now becomes, which of them forgo its principle for the other?

I think both systems will exist for a long time.  Bitcoin can't really function as a currency with how volatile the price for it is, but if there was a more stable currency that you could trust?  One with a price that didn't fluctuate all over the place, that could work really well.  I think it's only a matter of time before larger banks eventually start accepting bitcoin directly.

They'll resist it until they can't anymore.  Eventually banks will give in because they don't want to get left behind, but until BTC is more common in the world they will fight it tooth and nail.
