FP&A Analyst - Remote US
Your Impact
Deliver consistent, timely, accurate, high-quality, and insightful financial data for department leads and c-suite
Prepare current and forecasted cost projections for each area of the business
Communicate effectively with the accounting team to ensure accurate alignment of financial data
Develop and stress test models for new products, assisting the business with key decisions
Assist with the strategic growth of the FP&A function with a focus on scalability and process automation
Handle Ad-hoc modeling requests from the wider business
Requirements
3+ years of experience in FP&A or related field (e.g., investment banking, management consulting)
Advanced Excel skills and willingness to learn additional financial tools
Strong communication skills including experience managing Director or equivalent stakeholders
Ability to work under pressure to deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Genuine interest in the blockchain industry and strong interest to learn and develop knowledge surrounding cryptocurrency data and analytics
Hold a flexible approach to working in a startup environment
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
Preference for knowledge of business intelligence (BI) tools and experience with financial modeling tools
Preference for CFA and/or CPA
