Staking Business Development Manager- Asia
Responsibilities
Deeply engage with communities and KOLs to optimize our products and build the Binance Simple Earn brand.
A primary point of contact for pipeline & portfolio of major clients (institutional/VIP clients).
Proactively source and identify new institutional customers to onboard as well as corporate partnerships for POS Staking, ETH 2.0, and Loan business.
Drive business growth through partnerships and strategic agreements to increase market penetration, user acquisition, revenue, and other relevant metrics.
Increase operational efficiency throughout the business development organization;
Cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders across different teams and geographies.
Requirements:
Knowledge and interest in the world of cryptocurrency is a must
3+ years experience in BD and communities engagement and building;
Client portfolio including KOLs, communities, institutional clients, miners, etc.
Effective communicator able to represent Binance to external stakeholders and liaise with internal teams such as VIP, Marketing, Legal, compliance, AML, etc.
Demonstrated track record of delivering on growth metrics, such as TVL and Loan volume growth, community and social channel feedback, client conversations, etc.
