It depends, but remember that those who purchase in ICOs, especially presales are given the biggest percentage of bonuses and so they get extra tokens.

In 90% of cases, it is better to buy cheaper after listing on the stock exchange. But there are projects that immediately grow in price.

I agree, some coins after listing on the exchanges grow several times. But now everything is mostly cheaper.

I dont really get your question but if you mean when to but altcoin then I think buying at the ICO will be the most appropriate and also the best

I think the price of coins is more expensive than tokens. of the technological advantages and better function of the coin. if for a long term investment I prefer coins.

Buying coins in exchange are safer than buying in ico. At least buying in exchange has a guarantee that the token is having a value already. Most ico today are not profitable in reality.

if we want to obtain some bonuses I am much prefer to buy coins in ICO because during pre-sale they mostly offer 20% bonus to those who wants to buy. But in exchange mostly the coins are already expensive because they increased the price so that they can make profit with it and we are liable also to pay the transaction processing when buying in exchange.

It is better to buy coins in ICO than on exchange because we can buy more coins with discounted rates and can avail their bonuses especially during presale. If we buy on exchange, coins prices are fixed and sometimes expensive.

It's really hard to trust coins in ICOs because there are so many scammed incident that happen i must suggest to invest only on crypto that are available in the to keep safe your money.

Not all ICOs are successful, some of them is not even reaching their soft cap and that leads to the refund of the money of investors, the worst case is when the ICO that you invested in is a scam. But with proper choosing of project, with hype supportive community and good team then I can agree that by hodling you can get a big token bonus for it.

It would be better if we buy during the ICO sale because of the huge bonuses and much cheaper to purchase but make sure that the ICO has the potential, looks promising and most of all not scam. See to it too that the their project is feasible to the masses so that it could attract more people to invest.

Sometimes I'd depends to the demands and the price of bitcoin. I can't pin point just one because I know there are instances that it is better to buy in ICO, but sometimes it is much better in exchange because it can be .01$ from ICO price $1.

Both are good. But I prefer to exchange my tokens to coin, I like ethereum. It is very potential.

It is true, I.personally preferto buy on the stock exchange. It is cheaper.

Personallity i choose buy token in ICO stage because usually the price of token is more cheap than when the token be listing on the exchangers, also in ICOs usually we can get the discounts it give us chance to getting more token than investing into the ICOs on the exchangers, something important invest in ICOs we will learn more about the projects and know more about the detail of projects.

For me its better to buy coins in ICO because it give great discounts once you avail or buy earlier than in exchange. Once ICO offers you it means you will be given a chance to earn from the coins that you are going to purchase.

I prefer buy coin in exchange. It is very secure and I have done it since last year, not problem.

better to buy in ICO if you think that the project will not let you down, when it hit in the market. But I believe both are good to participate, you can invest in ICO and sell your cryptos when it hit in the market and then buy again if you see the price is crashing. You can do this if you see the potential of the project.

most of the time that those newly listed coin in an exchange from ICO is lower than the ico price. Some investors are only making money with the ICO and dumped their coin right after it is being listed and also those bounty hunters. So i think its much better if i buy the coins right after being listed in exchange.

I prefer to buy coins in exchange because the procedure is easier. We only have to choose coins, pay and coins will be transferred into our personal wallet. But beforehand, prepare your wallet first for our coins

If you want to purchase a coins with big discount, I suggest you buy during pre sales period of ICO.
