Kept track of the equipment (we have an asset tracking system within our HRIS).
Helped with German laws and regulations, surrounding employment contracts. Keeping an eye on the latest Labor Law updates, to adjust our processes accordingly.
Documented ‘All About HR’ within Notion (similar to Confluence), allowing the company to have a centralised source of information/truth.
Participated in various HR project and initiatives, working with our Senior Facilities Director, COO and Head of Talent.
Built operational excellence and the exact HR department we all dream of having.
A background like this helps:
At least three years of experience in an HR/Operations role.
Experience working and implementing a HRIS (BambooHR is a plus).
Onboarding and offboarding experience, to help attrition and an automated process.
Experience organizing different team events.
Strong interest in various HR topics, within Web3 being a bonus!
A genuine interest in helping start-ups scale and mature, especially in Web3. An initiate ability to have a self-starting attitude, wanting to make an impact and different.
Tech stack: BambooHR, Greenhouse, Notion, ClickUp, DATEV, TravelPerk, Rydoo, DEEL, 1Password & GSuite.
Native-level of German and Fluent English.
