Desired Qualifications
5+ years of relevant HRBP experience, with two years in a tech startup, supporting product and engineering functions is a plus.
Experience in all facets of talent management - performance, learning and development, compensation, employment relations, and compliance
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; articulate and persuasive communicator and presenter
Entrepreneurial, self-sufficient, and self-driven - willing to roll up sleeves and get it done.
Strong focus on learning and understanding the goals and strategies of our business units and the connection to our people.
Proven track record of achieving goals/objectives
Comfort and confidence presenting to small to large groups
Ability to navigate data and people to find solutions
Proven track record of providing HR consultation to senior leadership on strategic initiatives, compensation, and training.
