The legislation sets out clear regulatory guidelines and requirements for the use of cryptocurrencies and related services and activities across the EU. The scope of the legislation covers a range of cryptocurrencies, digital assets, utility tokens and stablecoins. Although it is still too early to comment as the report has not yet been released, I personally believe that it will have positive effects for investors, but I also believe that investors will be more afraid to invest, since the tax offices of each country may be on the "hunt"
