There's many differences.  There are incentives for posting, there's a forum token, and there's a higher rank forum token that pays out a percentage of all the promoted tokens to each of the ranks.  The ranking system is also different, because you don't have to farm massive amounts of merit with trash posts to get anywhere.

They have the same concept in which the aim to promote both Altcoins and Bitcoin currencies thru discussion but they  not the same rules, policies and welfare. Also this forum have much benefits for the members compare to the other therefore we should not abuse for the success of this forum and its members.

It's hard to achieve a high rank on bitcointalk because of the merit system that is being implemented, and even without a merit system 480 days to 490 days before becoming Hero Member.
AltcoinsTalk way friendly, and helpful. And as a bonus, you can get tokens from guys.

This forum is more easier to move higher in ranks since you do not need merits to move to higher ranks. Posts are not also deleted here and you are not easily banned.

This is one of the bigger drawbacks of bitcointalk..  I have nothing against their merit system or the difficulty they present but its very hard for newbies to not only say things that won't be shunned by the elitist higher ranks, but even tougher to rank up while simultaneously learning.  Its just not a very newb-friendly environment, and I'm glad altcoinstalks is a way for people in 2018 to start fresh, get the ranks, also without feeling harshly judged or criticized just for participating and trying to learn while getting some rewards.

The difference is really simple. This forum does not require merits before you rank up. In addition, the do not band people as easily as Bitcoin. This forumis also quiet easier to use.

Bitcointalk came into existence before altcointalks. This is a forum mainly made for discussion of altcoins and other topics related to cryptocurrencies. There is a difference in the rules and how you can rank up as compared to bitcoin talk.

there are many differences in this forum where I also like being in this forum. here is an incentive to post, there are also token forums, higher level forums, and here it is also easier to improve your rank, so you don't have to get merit to be able to improve your ranking.

Hey Jun, I am now also new to this forum and have a question. What exactly do you mean with "merits"? How do you get merits in the bitcointalk forum? Maybe this question is kind of stupid to you, but for a more or less newbie its not that obvious. I am familiar with cryptocurrencies and have studied some stuff and have watched a lot of videos but now its the first time, that I am registered in a forum and one has to get familiar to a lot of stuff in the conversations here ;)

Both platform's offer a medium through which crypto enthusiasts communicate about bitcoin and their favorite altcoins. They are all good just that one is older than the other

This forum does not have to focus on the discussion of Altcoin. But discussing comprehensive information about the world of digital money, namely Crypto. There are many differences. There are incentives to post, there are forum tokens, and there are higher ranking forum tokens that pay a percentage of all tokens that are promoted to each rank.

This forum is giving big advantages compare to bitcoin because joining in bitcoin will not make our ranks grow if we can't receive merits equivalents to rank unlike in this forum that we are free to improve our ranks depending on our efforts.
