Facebook has banned ads featuring ICOs and Bitcoin and not solely post pertaining to cryptocurrencies. The reason given was that the recent ICOs were misleading the facebook community members to invest in dead/bad/scam projects. But i don't see that to be the problem but rather the a caution must be placed on Facebook for it's members to seek crypto assistance or research on their own before they begin to invest in an ICO.

Before participating in ico project you should understand the ico project before investing there. many ico projects are scam and fail. being a crypto user should be smart in terms of analyzing ico projects.

not all ICo is misleading or harming the users of facebook
actually back to each individual to be meticulous in participating in ico
in life there is a profit there is the same loss of his thing by participating in the ICO
if you do not want to lose / fail Do not participate in ICO

I think Facebook is a good social media for all. Most of Scam ICO is misusing the facebook. Due to proper resource of information in facebook about crypto facebook people also think that crypto is a scam. So, we should not target directly facebook for ICO advertising. Normally I can't see any company ask for investment in facebook. Only crypto related company ask for it..So, people are not habituated in it...Those who support crypto, we have community or forum to get them..There are lots of information about crypto..
so, I want to tell that we first should convert people to the forum. So that they get interested in it.And support crypto...
Then we will be more strong community than Facebook.
This will be better for everyone.

Yes I think facebook should filter out the best crypto ads and have good prospects for the future. current crypto ads very much dsn make facebook users disturbed.

I muat say there are a lot of scam ICO's and people invest in them, not knowing the outcome. Most people follow or invest in what they see their friends do, that is why they are misled.

I did not see a single company in Facebook that was closed. All the bounties in which I participated worked. Perhaps over time something will change.

Five months after the introduction of the ban on advertising cryptocurrency projects social network Facebook revised its "policy in the field of prohibited products and services", again allowing to advertise cryptocurrencies (but not ICO or binary options). This was announced by Director of product management Facebook Rob Lisern in his blog. He also announced the January ban.
