but still vagus is read to encourage XRP holders. From the start I suspected that the XRP team visa would overcome this against the SEC. The XRP team is a good team that can be relied on.

This news is also good because it can provide positive value to RIpple coins, but unfortunately, according to judges from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Ripple coins are not completely safe.
There is always the best thing about this Ripple coin because I see that this Ripple coin is a coin that has full support from various banks, whether that is true or not but in fact there is a lot of news about it.

I also thought that, why is the price of XRP still dropping so much and not experiencing a significant increase even though it has been reported that they won from the SEC. Or maybe it's because of the influence of a bearish era, so even if there is positive news from a coin, when it's still in a bearish era, it won't have a significant effect. but I personally still believe and still hold XRP because after all this is one of the coins that is quite trusted. Just take one of the positions, namely by making a purchase when the price is still very low like this.

But are we sure that Supporters will return ? because as for what it seems to be Ripple have already won the Case against Security and Exchange of US but yet the old supporters looks like not showing enough so what does this mean ? they have already abandoned ripple , because if they do then for sure as the price is still super cheap now? they would have bought good chunks to hold till it grows.

Guarantees from this campaign are not to be expected. At any moment, they can start the court case again. And this, not for one month, as you understand. XRP to start with to prove everything that is required of them. And then we'll see from there. Their case has already dragged on long enough. How many months have they been proving their case? I take it they have a few more lawsuits pending in court?
In general, the SEC are the guys who help (crypto projects) to become more transparent in the crypto world. I don't want to mislead anyone, but so far the rainbow information, quite a bit. 8)

I have mentioned 2 sides if you did not check completely and just looking to the one side of my post , if that is something you can look at then you will find that I play safe here because I am not that supporting Ripple though may consider buying in time if I find better future after their issues with SEC.

TBH, on Ripple my stance is it's a very weird project, just gets excited with some major legal gameplay just like electrons haha, after eliminating sufficient energy it self the same is the case with Ripple just a weirdo.
I really don't care whether they lose or win the case because I'm pretty confident that XRP is gonna underperform, even Bitcoin. SEC play mind games and hype games so yup, I'll agree on the point you've mentioned that we should forget the hypocrisy of XRP.

I really remember the problems with XRP and also the SEC at that time which caused the price of XRP to drop drastically. However, when XRP wins this, XRP can really prove that they are a top coin that can eventually come back again. Even though currently the price of XRP is dropping like other coins, that's the way it goes during a bearish era. so it's natural. However, what is certain is that, with no more obstacles from the SEC, the next hope is that XRP can progress much more quickly compared to last season. So the XRP race will be much smoother and better in the next bullish era. Will this happen?

As always, when something important is being decided, users have little say in the matter. I also do not care much about their situation, I sold my coins a long time ago. But I follow what is going on.

On the other hand, many people criticize the Ripple coin and on the other hand, many people support it, but I continue to notice that the Ripple coin is very strong.
This Ripple coin is like a miracle mentioned by @NikeFit_7777 because many rich people and Whales buy Ripple coins so the value of Ripple coins tends to be stable and the market cap gets bigger.

But up to now XRP is still having issues with SEC and that 700 million dollar suit is still on process , like what SEC did to Binance XRp must comply for them to not be taking over by the government and will suffer consequences , that is the reason why up to now ripple is still low and not covering even half of the past ATH because of those problems.

The crypto space is worrying as $112 million worth of XRP has moved from one wallet to multiple wallets. Moreover, the SEC case regarding this coin is still ongoing. If such an impact occurs on a project, a solution cannot be found very quickly. However, XRP has a higher chance of winning the cases. According to the current market conditions, the price of this coin does not increase at this time, but in the bull market, its price can definitely increase several times. It's true, currently the price movement of XRP is still in the process of recovery, usually looking at the history of last year's halving XRP has an important role because it can increase its price very quickly. The highest price that XRP reached at the last halving was $1.48 (May 16, 2021), still far from the all-time high of $3.40 (Jan 07, 2018)
And later this year Ripple launched a stablecoin, so what’s the purpose of XRP then?
For years people still don’t know what XRP’s Utility is.
Ripple company executives always promote how powerful the company is, but in reality, they have not taken any real action and are slowly starting to decline

This is normal, such people were/are going to be with their (unnecessary predictions) - especially on the YouTube platform, there are a lot of such people out there. Don't be surprised. ;D
P.S. To be realistic, not everything is as clear-cut (good) as it may seem. It's worth remembering, any negative mention from the SEC = a big drop in price. + Not completely understandable situation with court proceedings....

Ripple does not have good development. Many investors have left the Ripple platform. We still know that the SEC still has problems with Ripple which until now the problem has not been resolved. This will pose a very high risk for Ripple as they develop many new products but still have many problems with the SEC.

That is the point mate because being centralized coin like this will never win our trust that big because like me ? I only use Ripple whenever there is a so much high in transaction fees in bitcoin in which I wanted to use XRP but aside from that? i will focus in decentralized projects.

This proof is enough that Whales are behind the Ripple coin, not only Bitcoin and Ethereum but the Ripple coin is also chosen by Whales.
there are many currencies mate that stays in top 10 when they are new but after a year they dumped and starts lowering their positions.

Yes? Why? If they lose the trial, what then? You do realise that if that happens, the price will drop by -20-40% in the first few hours. I would think hard about that.

I personally have been investing in XRP since the previous bullrun. And I also invested some of my XRP since the bearish start of this season. But honestly, after seeing how XRP has developed so far, with its progress not being as fast as other top coins, and with its price increase being very slow, I personally don't recommend entering this coin again. Yes, if you think about it, currently the price of XRP is very low at $0.46 and it hasn't gone up much since then. And if we think that the ATH is above $3, then we think we will get a fantastic price increase compared to now, right?
However, the question is, is it possible that XRP can really do this in the current situation? Or in the real bullish era later and in the altcoin season later? I'm quite doubtful for that. I don't think any good news really exists for XRP and has an impact on XRP's development. So far, it's just like that. I was even worried that this project would really end badly.

I don't think that Ripple lovers still hate it because for them it's a golden coin that can fulfil their dreams in future. I know it hasn't been performing well but it's performance is neither poor.
