This past week, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) delayed seven spot bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs), including Blackrock’s proposed Ishares Bitcoin Trust. Alongside this news, Into The Block metrics indicate that from August 13 to the 31st, large BTC holders dubbed ‘whales’ increased their caches by $1.5 billion.
