For 2022-3 in general, we think recession risks pose a risk to ETH and so now might not be the best time to buy ethereum if you have a medium-term outlook. We think ethereum is a good long-term investment for the next one to three years and are bullish overall. That means we expect prices to rise in the long term.

For buy Ether it is always good move and chance to profit.Even back in 2020 year when fall was quite big,bigger number of investors and holders keep it steady for buying.New green line on chart will keep appear in next bullish market by start of next year so more bigger is line than the bigger will profit be.So yes,you should.
