Lawyers for Sam Bankman-Fried are making another attempt to have the disgraced FTX founder temporarily released from jail before his October trial, claiming he needs better access to prepare his defense properly. It seems like his legal team is making another attempt to address the issues at hand. Legal matters can be tough to navigate, but it's important to let the process unfold and see where things go.

Once the government allows for any flimsy excuses then they are going to take that as an avenue to see that they evade the consequence of being sentenced, am not surprised anyway that by now, things have been lay low just because they wanted to find in another strategy or approach to sabotage the court case, i hope this man does not eventually gain his freedom at the end if care is not taken.
