US Congress members urge SEC to approve ETF
Four members of the US Congress have urged SEC Chairman Gary Gensler to immediately approve the listing of a Spot Bitcoin exchange traded fund or ETF. A letter was written for this approval on September 26, in which US Representatives Mike Flood, Wiley Nickel, Tom Emmer and Ritchie Torres claimed that the SEC was discriminating against exchange traded products like Spot Bitcoin. And four lawmakers told Gensler that there was no reason for Grayscale to continue rejecting spot crypto ETF applications following the court decision. Grayscale also described the SEC's reasoning as arbitrary and capricious in already approving investment vehicles linked to Bitcoin futures.

Personally I think ETF won't be approved until next year
