You can send USDC, ETH/WETH, and MATIC on Polygon using Coinbase's multi-chain support.

Exchange Coinbase is a large CEX, of course it has features for various blockchains that accept coins when depositing.
USDC is a stable coin, if only USDC is on the Polygon Matic blockchain it is very easy for Coinbase to accept it when depositing.
Perhaps the most difficult thing is to deposit Privacy coins such as Monero and Tornado Cash because the regulations from Coinbase are almost the same as Binance, namely KYC and Privacy coins must be removed from the market.

We have to check the Coinbase account first, then select USDC deposit, select the Polygon Matic blockchain, if it is available then you can deposit but if not, don't deposit because it is dangerous.
So, It is very possible for us to send USDC on the Polygon Matic blockchain to Coinbase Exchange because everyone knows that Coinbase is a large centralized exchange owned by Brian Armstrong.
With the great power that Coinbase has, it certainly has a lot of achievements in being able to prepare blockchains for various altcoins, such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon Matic, Polkadot, Avalanche etc.

This OP made a title asking about USDC Polygon transactions to Coinbase but the content of the thread is to provide information that can be done for deposit transactions to Coinbase.
I'm also confused about what OP's intention is to discuss or provide information? But I try to give a little of my experience in this forum for koi USDC to Coinbase transactions. Let's do it.
Basically it's the same, when we want to deposit coins we have to first check the deposit button for a coin, if you can't click the button then you can't deposit. But as far as I know for Coinbase, this can be done to deposit USDC Polygon coins because Coinbase has a Multi-Chain Support feature for the EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) coin type.
