Kronos Research Temporarily Stops Trading After Security Breach
Kronos Research, a quantitative trading firm, suffered a $25 million hack as an unauthorized entity accessed its compromised API keys. Approximately 12,800 ETH worth of stolen money were sent to six different wallet addresses.
The company said that prospective losses do not represent a sizable portion of its equity and that it plans to soon resume trading after temporarily stopping services for internal investigations.
