There are quite a few ICOs that are setting up cards as well, I know AllForMiner has plans to create their own physical card to use.  I imagine any projects that have to do with transactions are already working on their own cards as well.

I have never seen a cryptocurrency card but if it becomes a reality it will be extraordinary because it shows that cryptocurrency will be increasingly accepted by some countries as a method for their transactions

I have heard about one new start-up in the US which is issuing payment cards, with which you can make payments by using crypto currencies. But I am still not sure if they have started with operations yet. I mean if you are asking about this sort of cards.

There are several bank cards that also allow you to store bitcoin, ethereum and other cryptocurrencies. When making purchases, the cryptocurrency is automatically converted at the exchange rate into the national currency and calculations are made in it. Very convenient in my opinion.
