Yeah, that's a pretty good strategy to accumulate altcoins but I think one should only buy the altcoins that are known for many years because new altcoins sometimes can go zero in value and the ones who invest in those might face huge losses.

I believe that you have invested in those coins that have been on market for long time. I believe coins like Dogecoin, Monero, Ripple, Solana, Lite Coin and a few other coins are safe for long term investment because they'll follow Bitcoin in the bull run. The king is always going to be Bitcoin but some people prefer to invest in altcoins instead of Bitcoin and for those people I guess the above coins can be good choices.

It’s a good strategy indeed, using DCA strategy to accumulate gradually is a good strategy especially for those who are not exposed to larger capital but the major concern is identifying the best coins to invest in and like you said new projects are not safe investments as one can easily invest in shitcoin or scam projects and end up losing our investments.
It is advisable to carry out proper research before investing in any new altcoin or better still it is best to opt for more reputable altcoins.

I would recommend you to not invest in new altcoins unless you don't care about your money. The new altcoins are very risky as investment. Each day we see so many new tokens and coins being launched on platforms like coinmarketcap and coingecko and when people see 24 hour gainers they think they may get huge profits in short term if they invest in those coins but once they buy those coins then they will understand that they have just wasted the money on those shitcoins.
It's still safe to invest in those altcoins that have been in the market for at lest 4 years or more. I know that the margin of profit in those old altocoins is less as compare to newly launched ones but they are safe as investment and the risk is minimum with those coins.

If you want to invest as an altcoin, you can definitely invest in two to three coins. Can invest in Binance(BNB), Kucoin Share (KCS), ORDI, etc coins.

I've seen a few alt pumps heavily these last few days from my local exchange. It looks like people are trying to buy and interact with layer 2 or layer 1 ecosystem for a potential airdrop considering how profitable JTO and other airdrops on Solana are. Maybe you can take a look there and see if you can use your funds to hunt airdrop too.

As much as I can tell about the market. Presently the market situation is moving towards better but if you want to buy altcoin then you have to buy with much consideration because there are many risks in altcoin. But I can suggest you something they are.

1) The ideal time to buy altcoins is after the rise of Bitcoin, then all the liquidity will be directed to Bitcoin and therefore the price of altcoins will be ready to rise. Therefore, as soon as the price of Bitcoin rises and stabilizes, you will notice that the price of altcoins begins to rise and this is the perfect time.
2) Following the news for important updates gives you a glimpse into the future direction of the price, and therefore you can rely on it to buy.
3) Pumping and dumping coins, and here you risk trying to catch the green signal and hoping not to achieve losses.

You can invest in altcoins as per your market analysis. Since you bear all the risk of your investment, you can invest in any altcoin of your choice in the coin market.
Along with the growth of Bitcoin in the market, unique top favorite altcoins are also increasing so you can invest in old altcoins instead of investing in new altcoins. In this case, the risk of investing in old altcoins is lower than new altcoins.

That will depend on the amount of funds you have though. As it altcoins make sure to buy different altcoins to put all funds in one altcoins that may trigger more risk. When talk of good altcoins with nice potential Xrp, ETH, Ada, I will say Sola too but Solano price is already in the bullish run.

If you check the exchange platforms then you will see the nearest cryptocurrency or coins to invest. There are lot of them on the line to invest but if you need only one to invest them you have to invest in Ethereum after investing in Bitcoin. These are the two major coins to invest and to receive good return.

What do you mean by crypto bull market?
Seeing consecutive price increases for months like what we saw in 2021? Because if that's what you think will happen in the "next few days", unfortunately, it will not happen. Not in the next few days, not in the next few weeks as well, and not in the next few months as well.
My prediction is that the bull market will happen a few months after the Bitcoin halving event. At least 5 months after that, we will see prices of Bitcoin, and some altcoins rise like what we've seen in the 2021 Bull market. I already gave you my prediction OP. I will not give a specific altcoin, but what I have to say is that, more risk = more reward, and what altcoins are the most risky to invest your money with? Lower market cap coins. TBH, in a bull run, most of the altcoins will rise so if you want a safer one, go on higher market cap altcoins already because in the end, you will still gain profit because we are in a bull run.

Relying on market cap is a misleading measure and you may end up losing your money, so it is better to rely on things such as future development, solutions to problems such as fees, efficient management of smart contracts, and the possibility of service development such as CEXs tokens.

The cryptocurrency market is hard to predict... and we dont know if it's going up or down. But its interesting that you have notice some altcoins doing well on your local exchange. This might mean more people are interested in layer 2 or layer 1 cryptocurrencies like Solana. They could be doing well because of airdrops like JTO on Solana.
If you are thinking about joining airdrops... it might be a good idea to look into what Solana offers and see if it fits with your investment plan. But be careful and do your own research before putting your money in. But careful some of the airdrops can compromise on the security and tis can be not good for you so be careful while joining any airdrop.

Can we stop thinking for once and just face reality that nothing is certain in the crypto industry and I believe you should by now be aware that altcoins are generally known as shit coins because most of them at the long run is a pump and dump project and you shouldn’t be investing in it with expectations of hitting a bill run that’s why it is always advisable to only invest what we can afford to loss while trading altcoins.

No one can predict when the bull run will start, but one thing is sure that Bitcoin halving will happen next year 2024, and normally we will be expecting a price pump, if possible a new all time high.
So many altcoins to invest in, but make sure you know the project well by doing your research about the project so as not to regret you attempt to invest in the project.
Avoid FOMO because it will lead you no where but failure if you did not use your brain to search and get information about the project you are investing in.

There are many altcoins that offer good profits. But I suggest to choose top altcoins only. Don't rely on the new altcoins for your investment because it is too risky. We are better to choose the top altcoins such as ETH, BNB, TRX, ADA, DOT, XLM, MATIC, SOL, or HBAR. They also offer big returns (profits), but they are much safer than those unpopular altcoins or new altcoins. We are also better to avoid investing in meme coins.

Back to the topic's question. Right now, I think the market is very hot and needs a gentle correction of Bitcoin, and of course altcoins will suffer some negative effects from this. I think the reason the market is so bullish is because Christmas Day is looming ahead. Although we can currently call it a bull market, all altcoins, including Bitcoin, are experiencing lightning fast prices at this time. However if you have a long term plan for the day then you must invest in Bitcoin and hold it for a long time. But if you plan to hold altcoins day by day hoping for high profits then you can surely fall into losses so if you invest it will give you high returns if you hold.

Bitcoin will surely beat its ATH. But no one can actually tell the date it will happen. Due to the research I've made about the previous halving, because this upcoming halving will be my first to experience since knowing about cryptocurrencies. But In all halving Btc always experienced a dip because some miners that can't keep up will sell their mined Btc. During the dip most altcoins will fall along side with Btc, before Bitcoin will experience the main bullish run so all you got to do is keep holding.

We are already in bull market. However, it is expected to enter a more bull market in January. But I think the type of altcoins that can give you more profit in this bull season are ORDI, PYR, BNB, ETH, XRP, Etc. I think these types of altcoins will give you the most profit.
