Title: Threads that allows the remove or/and icon

I hope this thread hasn't been created before because i don't even know how to search for it.
A couple of days ago or a day ago can't really recall, i replied a post and realized there was an icon close to the modify icon, called remove which is similar to delete. When i saw it i thought it was like a new update but some minutes ago i posted a reply and couldn't find the icon when i checked.
My questions are
Is it an icon existing only in certain threads?
Was it a glitch? ( highly doubt that though)
Or did i hallucinate it? ( Hopefully is not this)

Edit: Same thing with the notify icon just found out now that some of my post has it while others don't.

No ideas?

Never seen a delete button before here, i found a thread asking the same question. Here's @Jokers' answer

No, users don't have an option of deleting posts by default. This privilege can be granted to those who have some special badges like Royalty and some others.
So, basically delete function is not for everyone.

I checked my email from notification came from this email, it was from xmas contest and sadly the buttons wasn't there anymore, i saw it first on Competitions & Contests Board (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?board=85.0). I
This concern was raised before as well, but nothing's update yet.
