Many bounty managers prefer to hire quality posters when it comes to signature campaigns.
How to be a quality poster?
1- Do not try to post in English if your English is not very good, instead, write in your local language in your local section.
2- Do not do burstposting : or posting in short time multiple replies, aka your quota for the day.
3- Avoid having negative karma, or any of the negative badges (cheaters, shitposter, karma abuser, etc ....) > for this play fair and do not cheat.
4- Do not reply with nonsense one line reply, that adds no real value to the discussion, this kind of replies harms you more than it would help you.
5- Do not have multiple accounts (unless they are labelled duplicates).
6- Follow the rules of the section always.
7- Follow the rules of the bounties.
8- No plagiarism = Do not copy the posts of someone else on this forum or on another forum.
9- No A.I. > Current AI tech create huge amounts of nonsense. If you are using AI to help you, make sure the content is rewritten and double checked by you. (check the bounty rules concerning AI)
10- No necrobumping > do not go look for very old posts and reply to them. Create new topics if need be.
11- Do not try any shenanigans, thinking you can outsmart the system, you won't, you'll only get busted and lose the possibility to participate in bounties.
12- Never post in the wrong section.
13- Don't post a wall of text thinking it's quality material and remember what you think is quality is not what a manager might think.
Remember this:
A forum in not a chat, sure you can reply with a one liner from time to time, but that should be the exception not the rule.
People expect you to reply with meaningful content, attach images, videos, whatever is needed to make your point.
And remember, that you can also create New topics too. But, here also, make sure to have a well presented topic and not a one line question.
Good Luck.

I think you wanted to write "hire" :)

9- No A.I. > Current AI tech create huge amounts of nonsense. If you are using AI to help you, make sure the content is rewritten and double checked by you.
AI content is not tolerated by forum rules and community members as the forum is for actual members, not bots. Don't use AI tools to create your content.
I disagree that using AI tools to draft a content, then a member simply paraphrase it, spin texts around and say it's just fine. I put some efforts for the content with AI support.

12- Never post in the wrong section.
Admin , please check this thread -> https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?topic=306222.msg1466163#msg1466163
I Think this is "post in the wrong section" , thank you

Well Said.
@admin, the issue of those who make replies when they don't clearly understand what the topic or rather have idea about what the OP is passing across should also be pointed out. It's like deviating from the actual context of the topic which doesn't provide are any relating contribution to the actual topic.
Please notify me if it's already stated among the points listed above.

Maybe you can add some rules about using pictures, like:
1. No posting NSFW images.
2. Include the link where you found the picture (if it's from a Google search).
3. Don't quote pictures in full screen... it's kinda hard on the eyes. Someone could use the width=400 feature to make it a comfy size to look at. e.g>>

4. And, you know, any other cool rules we think of.

Why do you need AI to help you create posts? Maybe I need to take a closer look at your posts?

When you reply to a thread, you generally want to have knowledge of the subject of that thread. Using something to help you with punctuation is ok, but using a tool to make the post for you is IMO cheating. You have to have your own thoughts IMO, and making a post isn't exactly complicated.
Maybe I'm misunderstanding what someone might need AI for other than to post thoughts they didn't have?

for forum posting , no real use of AI.
for blogging sure
but often the AI misses the real point, still helpful

Certain users believe that if the post is long, it must be of high quality, so for example it will be an advantage in the signature campaign. Then they usually write a bunch of nonsense and text without any significant substance, they mostly look like an essay but they are completely useless. Something that can be expressed in one or two sentences, someone expanded it to 500-800 characters.
So they are no longer one-line post spammers, but "valuable" members of the forum.

I think even for blogging use of AI isn't going to be helpful for long term success. The AI based text generators create AI content which are mostly tagged by the AI content detectors these days and articles or blog posts created with AI may be the cause of someone Adsense demonetization.

I support AI should not be done, whenever members start doing AI this forum will be corrupted. AI are usually directed by bots, should not be posted by copy paste etc. Those who make such posts must be fought against, as scammers will always look for opportunities. We have to resist all these nasty post givers.

Such news should reach the post wall, as this is where Bounty Managers can find their experienced person. This may be an advertisement. Nowadays it is difficult to find any new news without advertisement. So to make it easy for Bounty Manager can provide recruitment notification here. Thanks admin because everyone likes most to find suitable people like here everyone is suitable.

May I ask about number 2? Because I also previously provided a clue to ask in this post https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?topic=301104.msg1531656#msg1531656 .
If they are Bitcoin miners discussing on altcoinstalks who definitely need speed in answering every detail about Mining, shouldn't they be able to answer posts so quickly? For example, Miner John asks about mining equipment such as electricity, CPU, VGA to Miner Bobby, at the same time Miner Bobby answers John's question, even chatting with each other in a post, will that violate the forum rules?

I do believe it's not by the length of the text but how the idea is communicated. That is, going straight to the point. This is a group created to discuss the crypto market.

I disagree that using AI tools to draft a content, then a member simply paraphrase it, spin texts around and say it's just fine. I put some efforts for the content with AI support.
Step 1: Use AI to generate a post.
Step 2: Use another tool to paraphrase or spin the post.
Step 3. Sending it to the forum.
Is it not easier and simpler to just write from my brain and save the precious time.

This makes sense. If you wanted to write a quality post with the help of AI, it would probably take as much time as writing directly without using AI.
Also, to get a constructive answer from AI, you have to design questions and requests well, which again affects time and engagement, which reduces the advantage of using AI to a minimum.

Making sense. This means AI's is mostly needed in a lengthy write up or article. Someone raising a comprehensive and large post could seek AI help. But what I don't understand is people using AI to reply randomly in the forum in almost all the threads.

I've been thinking about making my first post, And I think having gone through this topic multiple times I am ready to do so and share what I've learnt with others and hope it helps. Thank You!
