For anyone wondering how to compare all the different tools and mixers used for privacy, there are several websites released recently.
MixHub was made by bitcointalk member PrivacyIsImportant and it is showing all currently available mixers and history of seized, closed and scam services.
Anyone can propose changes and add their own links and corrections, and there are clearnet and onion links available.

BitMixList was released by bitcointalk member NotATether and it shows the list of mixers and other privacy services, wallets, dex exchanges, etc.
There are clearnet and onion links available.

Do your own research and watch out for any fake lists that often contain phishing links and scam services!

Thanks for sharing those great sites here. They're really helpful for the ones who want to know about the mixers. Most of the mixers which aren't present on this forum can be found on those two sites. Both of the sites are run by the reputed members of Bitcointalk and they're highly reliable.
I hope that soon all of those mixers will join this forum. Those websites are highly recommended to avoid being scammed by phishing sites. Scammers are setting fake mixer sites clones to steal money from the users and that's why we should always search for reliable websites and forums to look for the genuine sites of the mixers. + Karma for this amazing post!

The list is like a double edge sword as it benefits both the crypto users looking for privacy and also the authorities. I guess it's more beneficial to the users since investigators are probably aware of most mixers (even mixing services that are not included in the list).

Just yesterday I started a topic on this forum about it LIST - Bitcoin mixers & Tumbler services! ✅✅ (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?topic=315215.msg1467743#msg1467743) Still I need to finish it and I have to ask the admin which board is adequate for it.
The idea is to have an open discussion about mixers, after the ban on Bitcointalk. Perhaps the essence is not so much in comparing services, as that we should all be informed in time if there is a problem with some service.

Yes, you're 100% right the investigators and authorities have list of all the working mixers and they won't benefit from such sites but the users who want to use the mixers aren't always aware that which mixer's site is the legit one and which one is a phishing site. Those lists will help such users to find the real site of the mixer's and they may get some details of the mixers by reading those sites.

Great job, yeah it's much better to know that which mixer is working properly and which one isn't rather than comparing the services but in some sense the comparing can also be a little bit helpful for the users to pick one good mixer to use. Each mixer has its own pros and cons so it's better to have some comparisons.

But I like the thread you made so that you don't need to access the site anymore to see the list of bitcoin mixers, but I don't see the name PureMixer in your list, maybe because of the manipulation fraud case on bitcointalk? :D
But I'm glad that many members brought important threads from Bitcointalk to this forum so that more people know and open mixer related discussions here, I would be very happy.

Yes, Puremixer will definitely not be able to be on my list, precisely because of the scandal they made on Bitcointalk. OK, I reserve the right to change my decision if they come to the altcoinstalks forum and present a detailed and clear explanation of what happened there.

The last update is from December, and since that time, a new mixer has joined the exit-scam list, and some mixers may change the seriousness in their dealings with customers, especially since promotion will become more difficult due to the disappearance of bitcointalk signatures.
If altcoinstalks succeeds in attracting these services, then there will be good discussion about them here and the table may be updated regularly, reducing the possibility of you being scammed.

Through this information we can actually know more about the mixer. Currently, mixer campaigns have started coming from BitcoinTalk to Altacoin. But if there is no scam here it will be a reliable source of work for us. I hope all the mixers that come here are good. So that we are no longer deceived. Through this, crypto currency users can also benefit and those who are motivated to work will also benefit.

Except scam mixers, we don't need them ;)
It is best to do your own research and be careful with any new mixer service that appears from nowhere.

I saw it after I created my topic.
There is a difference that I won't update anything since I don't own any of original websites

Discussion about this services is going to increase, it takes some time for everyone to adjust to this forum.
Maybe we can create more topics in our local boards also.

Real question is will altcoinstalks servers be able to hold increased traffic without crashing. [/size] ;)

During this month, altcoinstalks advertising space was purchased for an amount between $1,000 and $2,000, and it may increase in the future. I do not know what the costs of operating the forum’s servers are, but since it is a text-based forum, I believe that these amounts are sufficient to cover the server costs.

For anyone wondering how to compare all the different tools and mixers used for privacy, there are several websites released recently.
I think that more important than those websites is a community where users can comment about those services. So we all know if some mixer turned to be a scam or not.
Bitcointalk used to be that place. I hope altcoinstalks.com becomes that place from now on.
I think we stil need a bitcoin privacy board, where we discussions related to mixers might be included

There is separate Bitcoin board, another one for Privacy coins, and separate ANN topics for most mixers, I think that is enough for now.
You can also create a your own topic about mixers and see if there is big enough activity for creation of new child board.
