Title: The exchange could buy altcoins for $0.11?
Post by: hair on January 12, 2024, 10:46:14 PM
Hi guys. I want to have 1000 altcoins before halving BTC happening. I'm still hunting the potential altcoins on the big market.
I know we can buy 0.11$ per coin on Kucoin

My question is, please give me a list of exchanges that can buy (with a small fund) $0.11 per coin.

Why can't you use the money to invest in 1000 altcoins for the price of 0.11 each, to invest in three potential altcoins instead? To me, it makes no sense to buy a huge number of altcoins with lower prices, hoping to see huge gains in them during the bull run.

For the 1000 altcoins, you want to invest in, with the price of $0.11 per coin is a total of $110. I would advise you to use the $110 to invest in bitcoin and be sure of making profits in the bull run rather than having your money($110), to invest in altcoins you are not sure of how much profit it will provide you.

It is too difficult to manage 1000 altcoins, mate. You must think how to monitor the price movements of those 1000 altcoins. I think 100 altcoins are enough for your investment, I think it is already many altcoins to manage. Honestly, it is too many altcoins but it is your right to buy many altcoins.

You can choose top exchanges. And the price of the coins doesn't depend on the exchanges. You can check on CoinGecko or CMC where the coins are listed.

The intensions of buying 1000 altcoin before halving at a rate of $0.11 sounds to me like price consideration and not project consideration. Some altcoin project currently at $0.11 don't usually make impressive increase, which might also affect their performance after the halving. Certainly, you will make profit from them, but the profit might not be massive.

I don't know about Kucoin, but i think there are other platform that still offer similar service.

Why you want only thise coins have price around 0.11$? You think that tokens haviny price in cent have high chances of doing 10x to reach 1$? I think you should check quality projects with price above 1$ too like ARB,OP,Matic,Sol are some tokens worth to hold for long term but price above 1$.

Coins around 0.11$ , I think below coins can perform best in next bull

Binance listed:
Vidt (0.03$)
TRX(0.1$)
VIB (0.07$)
PHA (0.1$)
Rare(0.1)

I think you misunderstood the question. OP is asking for an exchange without a minimum amount. Per altcoin, he is planning to buy with only worth $0.11. Because most exchanges require a minimum purchase amount on cryptocurrency like in Binance, $10 per trade is required before you can buy any crypto.

My question is, please give me a list of exchanges that can buy (with a small fund) $0.11 per coin.
I don't know any exchanges other than Kucoin where you can purchase any altcoin starting from $0.11. Bybit is the second I know who offers a low minimum purchase amount which is around 2$.

@hair refers to buying 1,000 units of an altcoin, not 1,000 different projects :o. Being a small amount, I would personally buy Tron and let them staking, forgetting about those coins for a long time, the profit percentage is small, but you will get completely free transactions in the Tron ecosystem. If Tron one day wakes up from its long slumber and receives decent development with new proposals, who knows, you may also get some benefit. In any case, the best thing you can do is DYOR to draw your own conclusions, and also take a look at the proposals that users have told you in this thread, maybe there is something that interests you.

You can probably see them in all the exchanges out there, but for legit coins I recommend to go with Binance. Since you are looking for a potential big return altcoins, I suggest to look for a lowest market capitalization instead of looking for a lowest price. There are coins who have a very low prices because the circulating supply is so big but it has a billion dollar market capitalization which is not likely to make high potential ROI.

It's a gamble but it can pay up!
For example Shiba Inu went 43,220,000% in a year, put 0.11 cents in it and you have 11 cents in it you could get $47542.
Even if the other coins went to zero and you put your money in BTC for it to match that you would need BTC to go up 43 120% or $18 110 400, that's 18 million per coin!

It's a gamble but for $100, why not take it if you can afford it!

It is too difficult to manage 1000 altcoins, mate. You must think how to monitor the price movements of those 1000 altcoins.

Any exchange, not matter how crappy they are ae currently having portfolio pages where you can see you coins by $ growth or decline.
Of course he will be interested only in the top gains to cash out, so the number is quite irrelevant, he's not doing anything special , there are thousands like him.

You can choose top exchanges. And the price of the coins doesn't depend on the exchanges.

It's not about the price of coin, it's about the minimum order!
For example Binance has a minimum order of 1 PIVX, that's 28 cents but a minimum order book of 5$.

@hair refers to buying 1,000 units of an altcoin, not 1,000 different projects :o.

he says he is hunting for altcoins, he should have asked for a coin if that were the case, next moment you're going to have guy copy pasting 1000 altcoins names here.

Again, even if that were the case, nothing special, since the Shiba Inu event there are hundreds of these guys putting a few cents or even $1 in ever coin on the market, it's much like playing lottery, you only need one and you're better than trading, of course it might never materialize or you might the coins by a letter, picking totomcoin instead of gotocoin, but it's a ....strategy!  ;)

You can buy coins from various exchanges at a much lower price than you expected and keep your future holdings risk-free.

You can buy PEPE
You can buy BONK
You can buy Shiba inu
You can buy Tron
You can buy VRA
You can buy DogeCoin

Are you sure about that, what the op said didn't sound like this, what i read is that they want to buy 1000 altcoins before the BTC halving. I am thinking the op wants to invest tiny amounts into 1000 different altcoins and see what happens with them, hoping some will give him profits to cover the losses he will incure on most of them, that's exactly how i see things here.

What do i think about this strategy? I have no idea!

This is also how I understand the post in OP. He is looking for an exchange where he can buy different altcoins with a lower minimum amount to proceed with his purchase. The given example is Kucoin, in which the minimum amount to proceed on a Buy order is only worth $0.11.

The strategy is like betting on multiple altcoins to have more chances of winning. It's the same as diversifying your assets into different cryptocurrencies which you can have the possibility to make a profit with your investments. It's a smart strategy not to miss the altcoins in the market that suddenly have a huge pump.

if you want the popular token and cheap at the same time. go for Vechain (VET) which is worth $0.03 yet.  in the last bull market AFAIK the price went $0.25 so your $1000, you will have 33K of tokens. if they hit the ATH again it will be a huge profit.

i like the cheapest tokens as long as they are old and have been around and had not died in the long bear market and the team is still actively developing their project. with this i can believe they will not turn scam.

Though choice of are different otherwise altcoin might not be that reliable so changing your investment target could have been more better maybe buying more bitcoin than choosen to buy altcoin at least you would have more profits and a very slim chance to lose your asset when the market isn't stable because most of the altcoin solely rely on bitcoin movement and when it goes worst you find that altcoin going down drastically.

As to crypto exchanges, I am more into Binance, Kucoin and MEXC. Now, talking about altcoins that must have a good potential for growth this April or May because of the Bitcoin halving, I am suggesting to go with memecoins which I understand has more chance to jump ahead of the competition. So maybe one can start with Dogecoin, Shiba Inu, Pepe and my latest favorite which is Bonk, Though they are supposed to humor us and to remind us that life has to be merry, many memecoins showed their strength in the past and has been a vehicle for many to gain more wealth in the market. Though am not guaranteeing whatsoever that come halving time they will really go upwards too...heck we don't even know if the same thing can happen with Bitcoin in the first place as the market is really unpredictable and so volatile.

I think he doesn't mean the price, but the nominal $0.11 per coin. So if there is coin A at $0.01 per coin, that will make him want to buy 11 coins of A. And what he is asking is "Does the place support a transaction of $0.11?"

Honestly, I've never done this before, because I'm not the type of buyer who wants to learn a lot of shitcoins. This may be an opportunity for him to welcome the halving, but I'm sure many wise people would suggest investing in the 3 or 4 best altcoins with a total portfolio of $110 rather than buying 1000 altcoins with the same portfolio. Hoping for high profits with small money. It's like lottery but using altcoins.

I haven't tried it on any exchange, but for local exchanges in my country, the minimum transaction is around $1.

Yes. OP is asking for an exchange which is the minimum purchase every position is not more than $0.11, not the exact amount per coin of a certain cryptocurrency. Kucoin is an example of the exchange, where the minimum purchase amount is $0.1.

Is the local exchange in your country offering their services in another country? Do you mind if I ask the name of the exchange?
