hello here
for another forum (btctalk) i made some userscript (greasemonkey or tampermonkey for chrome)
nice and good to use

this tool have 2 important functions
- create a link for fast archiveis
- create a link for. fast short url
also for every "topic" in thread list!

Nice initiative, I think this is one of the first scripts made for this forum.
I see you are teleported so let me tell you that short links are not allowed in this forum, better be careful with them.
Funny story that admin was first thinking I was some kind of bad hacker when I sent him my profile link with short url :D
I want to see more useful scripts made for altcoinstalks, maybe for hiding some of the boards and childboards.

short link usually used for not have long "links" because in other place you have "limits" on characters
if understand what i mean, anyway same for archiveis
archive is is usefull for take a shapshot of "thread" or "post" and no one can "update" it
for example you write "babo you are an idiot" and some one take a snapshot, if you update and "delete" the insult i can view anyway (archive is is very usefull)
and is not a problem, if short url not allowed i can "remove" this feature and add another good feature for altcoinstalks, not a problem

There is no real delete button in this forum my man, you cant delete anything you posted unless you are admin or moderator ;D
We can only go back and modify post or maybe delete the whole account.
Anyone tried this and what happens if I delete my account, are my posts deleted as well?

anyway is my first approach to this forum, i discover a real need of a tipical user, using it (the forum)
i think is very good, and i like so much Simple Machine Forum script (clean and easy to install and manage)

I think this is very good first forum contribution from you, and maybe you can continue making similar script for hiding ads in altcoinstalks forum with greasemonkey.
Bitcointalk forum has more scripts available so maybe they can work here here with some modification and adjusting.

great Babo, it's a great initiative. now I install your script on tampermonkey to use it on altcoinstalks, really very useful!
a post notification bot would also be useful here, as it becomes a little difficult to follow all the threads where someone has written, maybe you would be able to do it.

This is not accurate. Some accounts can delete their posts, edit them, or even delete topics

Patrons, Royalty, Donors, VIP, Immortals can get some paid features at prices starting from 0.05 ETH + Admins can also delete posts and there is no feature to see modified posts, so archiving posts is still a good thing.
