To be honest I don't actually have much knowledge about this but I've stumbled on it on twitter alot about most people talking about it which drag my interest to make some research about it but still unclear to me, I know that it's  used for testing and experimentation without risk to real funds or the main chain. But the thing that don't actually know how it's works and where can someone find some testnet. What are the risk attached to it?
