Yes. As the title says, I am unable to create a thread in Further Education board (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?board=275.0) and there are no threads in that board. There are no options to create a thread. So, I assume I need special permission from the forum admin.
Let's say I want to create a tutorial thread about PGP. I do not see any better section where it may fit other than the Further education section which is a childboard of "For Beginners". Now, I do not have any option to create a thread in that board. Could you please suggest where my thread will fit better except this section? Or if this is the right section, what is the criteria of being eligible to post in this section?

A friendly bump!
It's been almost 24 hours and I was unable to get the attention of the admin and the moderators. I am bumping it again to the top. At least I need a suggestion of where my thread could fit best. I have written a couple of threads In the beginner and help section on Bitcointalk and I want to post them here as well. But, If I don't find the appropriate section, posting them here and there would be a mess and it would increase the work load of the admin and the moderators.

If you want the admin to respond to your post faster then I’ll suggest you take this thread to forum related.
He’s quite active there, addressing issues that concerns the forum and I believe he’ll be the best person to answer your questions ast to why you’re unable to make your post in that board and also where your “pgp tutorial thread” will fit best.

this board is off limit for now, might be only to display links and sub sections , please find a more appropriate board
