Here is a board named Forum Related,which I take like the meta of bitcointalk. So, any discussion or questions about the forum should be posted here. But there's a child board under For Beginners board and that child board seems to be another meta. @admin can you check this out? Basic questions about this forum (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?board=255.0)

Belated answer here... but since I've been tidying up forum related section then thought I'd answer for clarity.
Unfortunately the forum related board got a bit messy, no harm done but I've been cleaning it up moving topics to correct sections, namely basic questions and suggestion box.
As a summary, basic questions with basic answers goes to "Basic questions about this forum" section. Whether from a higher-ranking user of not is less relevant than whether it would be beneficial for beginners (consider the idea of newbies actually using the search function for that section). If in doubt, basic questions about the forum are beneficial for beginners. And by beginners, this means newer members, so naturally this includes any teleported members asking the usual questions such as "how to delete post", "what does this rank mean", "why did i get negative karma", etc, etc, that in fairness have been asked over a hundred time before, with threads that already exist in the basic questions section.
Hence your question has since been moved to basic questions, because there was a basic enough answer, as opposed to some broader discussion.

But, sir... the basic question category for each person always has a different level... and maybe some of us don't know the exact limit regarding a question being categorized as a basic question, or already categorized as a non-basic question...
I don't really mind whether it will be merged or not, but what is certain is that in my opinion, both sub-forums are still busy as a place for discussion... it doesn't matter if there will be a grouping between basic discussions and discussions at the next level, it's just that it will add to the work of the administrators of this forum because maybe someone made a mistake on the board when creating a topic.

I think this whole board shouldn't exist "basic questions about the forum"
Just move all to forum related. No need for 2 boards serving so similar purposes imo..
There are still many sub boards inside forum related, which makes it even more complex for users to follow all boards.
