Title: Visa enables crypto withdrawals on debit cards in 145 countries

This will not make the use of exchanges to be necessary.

But people may think it will not be centralized and no kYC will be needed, but that is a not true is my guess. I have not done it before but I am sure that KYC will be needed before you can withdraw crypto into fiat.

Anyone knows about the fee? I guess exchanges might be better.

I think I will prefer P2P.

It depends what crypto you are using and in what country you live, but you can check on their website transak.com
From my testing when exchanged 0.1 BTC total fees to be paid are around 40 Euros, for 0.5 BTC (near max you can exchange) you would have to pay around 195 Euros.
Another example for 1000 USDT I would get $950 USD, and for 23700 USDT (max) I would get $22988 USD

This article looks like a paid article by Transak to me, and they are trying to advertise their app, so it's not Visa doing this directly.
