The software you share is 5 years old already, it was also archived by the creator so it is unlikely to get any new updates. Are you sure this is the best way to use Nicehash on a Linux machine? From their support page, it seems like they encourage you to run their customized Linux-based OS instead[1]. While you need a spare USB drive for that, with how cheap they're nowadays I don't think it is a big issue.
