Shouldn't you write something more about what is in the job description you are offering?
Internet connection as a prerequisite is mandatory for all online jobs, but that doesn't mean much. How can someone accept a job without knowing what they will be doing, is it legit, and what skills should have?

That's what I am curious about too. Any person offering a job should give a basic description of what the job is. From the description given I know I need internet access from a laptop or desktop and to be serious. Serious in what capacity? How can I give a rate if I have no idea the expectations?
If I were to make a bid based off the description I would say $2000 per month. If I had a better idea of the job I might change my bid.

Seem like the space is occupied already cause we are yet to have his final bidding price and choices. Moreover he doesn't seem come straight with his budget, at least he can increase it on the long run depend on the effient outcome he got.
