Lol. Honestly, I'm unsure of how to respond to Hillary Clinton's words as this information relates to a matter from 2019.

We're discussing the fear of losing power to another currency without 100% control and manipulation. It's evident that top countries are growing tired of being subject to the mismanagement of the American dollar. The U.S dollar, a major player as the world's reserve currency, lacks transparency, which tends to affect any nation the U.S opposes. Fortunately for the Russians, they were able to sustain their economy during the U.S. ban on the importation of Russian oil, liquefied natural gas, and coal to the United States.

Manipulation doesn't seem to be ending anytime soon, indicating a high probability that the world's reserve currency might face its downfall soon, even without the adoption of cryptocurrency. Countries would start to find alternative for adequate sustenance and crypto might be a possible option.
