Title: Where to post possible "scam" post?
Post by: zeleCrypto1 on February 14, 2024, 03:49:29 AM
Hi all!!

Am first time post / user of this forum!

I recently have been trying to get support from very well known swapping service that has been holding my money ($8k+ Euros now) in their "custody".

Even though their site says "non-custodial" and "sign up not required"..

I swapped over 3 ETH for ZEC. And am voicing my experience to get input/help on this matter. And Or publicly share experience so others can avoid such a loss themselves!

I can provide screen shots proof of email communications with this company. As well as blackout of details / wallets but show the transaction receipt of my send to them. And then back and forth emails.

P.S. When I try to search for "scam" or other search terms.. I get error saying I cannot search forums yet.. so I don't know exactly where to post about this or similar. ZCASH forums maybe? Exchange forums area perhaps?

Thx for your time reading this!

If you have all proofs you can use Reputation, Scams & Phishing (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?board=84.0) section to share your story.

The boards you can use had been given above, but you also ha e to have this as a reminder, if you're intending on making a scam accusation thread or post, make sure you have your complete evidence with you, this will be what will ascertain your draft as proofs, you can't report or afford to do so when you're not too sure of what you're doing, I hope you could learn more from the thread or other pinned threads by the forum admin.

First things first, we appreciate the willingness to share your experience with this exchange or the swapping service you have. The objective of alerting other users in this forum is highly appreciated as it is helpful to everyone to avoid scams. The link to post your scam accusation is provided above. Please ensure to include relevant images and links, along with detailed information on the step-by-step process that led you to become a victim of this scam.
