In the society we have salary earners, which are paid weekly or monthly and also there are some others which earn daily due to how they work and the agreement on their work.
People will argue over which one is better, but the fact is either daily or monthly Salaries or earns, what you do with your money is what matters.
In the world of crypto, we can easily use our money to trade to get more or we can save it in our online wallets, so we can use it for future emergencies that may come up, oe we can also start up any business with the money to get more money.
There is a saying that money can bring more money, and I support it because when you invest your money, with time you will surely get it back with profit, only if you invest wisely.

Well, from what I have experienced so far with some people in my country, it seems most of us don't do so well with daily earning because the person might just end up spending all the money before the end of that day or the next day, so the preferential way of receiving payment here is either weekly or monthly. Although, even if someone receives payment daily, if the amount is good and the employee has less responsibility, they can cope and save up that daily payment, but if it's for someone who has a huge responsibility, they will definitely be spending all that money in one day.

As the world's economy is changing to be bad, so as your finances are supposed to be changing from a monthly salary earner to a daily income earner to meet up with the global economy meltdown.
The world we live in doesn't only require a single source of income, like being a monthly salary earner, that doesn't have other side hustles.
Someone who depends on a monthly salary at this time, can't grow beyond their financial limit because they keep borrowing to survive and feed themselves. But someone who earns daily stands a chance to gain more and has turned over profits to utilize it in other businesses which will yield profits to them.
In my opinion, daily income earners are preferable to monthly salaries no matter how little it is. A daily earner always has funds in their hands to use it to cater and solve important issues when arise than giving an excuse for not being paid a monthly salary

In our society today, I would prefer daily earning because of the the way things are going, Which you might withstand the pressure of things going on around the society like bills, foods electricity if it's monthly salary and it will also make you a debtor which as soon as you receive your salary at the end of the month, you use to settle your debt which will not be enough for everything and you won't extra change but daily, you can be using it to settle bills immediately and have some for yourself.

In my country workers are paid in three categories monthly, weekly and daily. However, everyone's life in the society does not run in the same direction due to which the matter of spending salary is also different. As in my case monthly salary is better because i can save that money. I have other business which does not require monthly salary to support my family. But this rule will not apply to everyone as there are many poor people who are living on daily wages. They save very little because their earnings end up paying for household expenses. There are many who save and support their families with their weekly salary.

To me the payment method that people use differs as it's an individual thing so it all depends on the individual involved as some people will prepare monthly because if your receiving your salary daily the probability of you saving money will be hard, depending on the country especially in Europe and the america workers are being paid on a weekly basis instead of monthly, the most important thing here should be how one can use the money coming in very well as money you know is a visitor so we should do everything possible to invest the money that we receive as income

here in my country workers by contract are paid bi-weekly so in the middle of the month and by the end of the month the thing is if i get paid daily the amount i get is small because it is distributed throughout the month and i think it will be harder to budget it compared to if i get it bi-weekly so i like the way we operate now

I prefer daily earning then monthly salary, because if you are depending on monthly salary, the workers as to wait till the end of the month to receive their salary, imagine how the person and his family will survive through out the whole month, especially if person depends heavily on the salary alone for daily expenses. He will be borrowing money and buying things on credit from one person to another, hoping to pay back those debts at the end of the month, and after settling the debts at the end of the month, the remaining money will not be enough to spend, talk less of planning a budget on how they are going to survive till the end of next month. But if you are earning your income daily, you will be able to spend the money on your daily needs without borrowing any money. You will be able to purchase a lot of things and fulfill some fiscal responsibilities e.g food stuffs, clothes, bills, hospital bills and electricity bills, home maintenance and repairs bills, transport fees, school fees and so on.

I will personally prefer to earn daily that will mean earning every day in 365 days, than to have to earn money only 12 times in a a year. This is just my personal opinion, and I don't feel anyone who is okay with the 12 times a year monthly salary is wrong, the mostly just understand themselves and can plan better like that.

Most people who have their needs on a daily basis may not afford waiting till month end before being paid, therefore will prefer having a daily paid job or career, while some, whom by their own virtue of how they cant afford to manage finances than spending while finding it difficult to save will prefer receiving their earnings on a monthly basis instead of daily, because they have little challenges in saving up for the other day, we must therefore make sure we fit in the appropriate condition that best describe the person we are and the needs arising.

Both of them have their advantages and disadvantages. If you are paid daily, you might not ne able to save, if you are the type that is not used to saving. Another disadvantage is that you will not be able to buy food stuff in bulk and stock your house with it. I prefer weekly payment because I can plan better with it and will not lack funds ro take care of my needs.

Many people would have a specific reason why they prefer any of the payment pattern as it suites them because of how it works for them in line with their financial expenditure.
Sometimes the volume or amount of payment also determines how often one would need the money as salary because same pay does not worth the daily wage pay and in other to make it bulky, they would prefer monthly or weekly so it could be reasonable for them to take home and all this points towards the memorandum of understanding between the employer and the employee.

Yes that also I wanted to say that the fast you can have the money on your hand the better will be for you.
Like everyday the world is changing and there also if we take the others reason then here also the inflation is also one reason. Like we saw the changes of the prices of the golds or the others things after the inflation. So what I think you have an job and if there have opportunity to take daily salary then I would like to take the daily payment. Not only for the investment reason you mentioned there have lots of others reason for that.

I don't really care if it is daily, weekly or monthly, it is the amount of money that matters and the discipline to keep the money. The orthodox or conventional way is to get paid your salary at the end of the month, but right now people do a lot of stuffs online, freelancer work and the rest, and they get paid after every particular work they do.

I never see a heated discussion about this, to be honest. I think people complain that their salary is not enough most of the time, not because they get paid monthly. Other than that, late payment is also a huge issue that sometimes happens in my area.
I have experience with daily payments, hourly payments, etc, and I agree that most of them don't matter in general as long as I get paid. The little issues such as transfer fees etc can change depending on who you work for, so it's not necessarily a demerit toward a specific payment schedule.

Totally depends on a certain individual on which there would really be those who do prefer on daily basis or there's nothing they can do since they will really be that having that usual 15 days or a month kind of paycheck on which this is really that indeed common. Therefore, as an employee then it will really be just that normal that it will really be that you do agree on what your boss terms or company would really be having. As for investment matters then i doubt that only a few would be able to be mindful in regarding into this one because they will really be that giving out
some priorities on how to live on everyday on which i couldnt blame them on why they would really be having that least priority when it comes into this manner.
