Title: Music is a therapy
Post by: Mr. Allcrypto on February 23, 2024, 09:21:37 PM
In our society today, there are different types of musics, some are met for worship, some for fun etc...
But music as a whole is something that pass information across to the listeners.
People do have different ups and downs in life, its normal to have problems, but the question is how do you handle your problems, don't over react or do something you'll regret later, just take a chill pill and work hard so that you can overcome it.But have you tried music as your therapy when you're down ? Its really helpful doe, u did not say it solves the problem but, it helps to ease the pressure, some musics do inspire you.

Fun fact..!
Music is like a magical spell that has the power to transport us to different worlds, evoke emotions, and connect us on a deeper level. It speaks to our souls and touches our hearts in ways that words alone cannot. Whether it's the soothing melodies of a lullaby or the energetic beats of a dance track, music has the ability to uplift our spirits, heal our wounds, and bring us joy.
Music has been a part of  lives. So, let the music play, and let its enchanting spell fill your heart with joy and wonder.

Well, naturally I love music because there are some musics that Heals the soul. For example if one is feeling bad or being emotional, there are some music they will listen to and they will just feel relive like everything is now ok. If some people are stressed out, they usually use music to cool off, like myself. If I feel so bad, I can use ear phone to listen to some music and may sleep off or feel better.

I agree with you, music van be used to cool off, and is good for one to use music to cool off when he or she is sad, instead of using hard drugs and alcohols that will affect the person later .
Most people don't understand the way music can make someone feel better, there are some music that when you listen, you will think the singer 9s talking directly to you, some pass inspirations and encourage you to be strong.
Music is really a therapy no doubt.

Music is a therapy, it heals the soul and fills up the brokenhearted. It is used in cooling off the mind, passing out information, and speaking the language of love to humanity. We don't know what the world would have been like if there was no music. However, music heals our body and soul. It brings peace of mind when it is been listen to and it helps us to communicate, and worship our God through it.

I enjoy listening to music sometimes but I don't listen music a lot. I guess music can be a therapy as well as a curse, the reason why I'm saying it as a curse is complex. When you hear music which you used to hear when you was a kid or you had some loved ones back then which you don't have now.

Then that will cause so much sadness in your life, you'll get huge emotional attacks and sometimes it's hard to breath when a music takes you into past. Our emotions are attached with the music and that's why when we hear the music which we used to listen in past, that could make us remember past memories which could change our mindset.

Music cam be emotional sometimes because when we listen it at our free time or when we are relaxed, it can relate to our day to day activities at time .
Indeed music is really a therapy...

Music is my strength. I am always listening to music even when I am asleep I have my music playing. My love for music accounts for the reason I prefer praises to any other activity in the church. Even when I am in a public vehicle without music, I always have my Airpod or earpiece on me because that is the only way I can enjoy the ride. When I am angry I play my music and in the next minute I will see myself dancing after that, I rush into the shower, take my bath and I am cool. Truly, music is a therapy and the different genres of music have made it so impossible for man to do without music. Music is life. Show me a person who doesn’t vibe to any form of music and I will show you a dead man.

Music can reduce stress, and evoke feelings and memories. For instance, there is music I will listen to and then I will feel the need to love someone also when I listen to some music I remember certain past events and even my late friend.

Music can be your therapy in different ways, listening to quality music will help you ease some certain pressure, and  I also agree with you  music can evoke feelings and memories.

You know what they always say, music is a medicine and food to the soul.
Music has a very interesting way of uplifting the soul whenever a person feels low, all you need to do is listen to the right music that'll connect with your soul and for that moment, you'll seem to forget about whatever situation that was making you feel that way and just vibe with that music.
I don't know if this also applies to other persons but this is strictly based on my personal observation.

Even God is believed to be a lover of music and delights so much and derives pleasure in listening to wonderful melodies.

Music is believed to be the way we communicate with our maker. Music moves him because that's what He delights on as His food. If you want to put him in action give Him praises for what He has done and what he will do in the future.

David in the bible gave Him praises through music. Music has been serving as a way to please God and humans. We as humans like to be praised through music because it softens our hearts no matter how angered or bereaved we are

Music is everything to me. It's where I turn to when I have a troubled mind. It soothes and calms my nerves and my mind, which is why I make it a point to have music as my background in everything I do. It set my mood to accomplish everything I wanted to achieve.
I can say that I'm a music lover, and it will continue in everything I do.

I think it would be safe to say that music is the universal language of humanity...all because no matter what country, culture or era we can be, there is music that inspires people and even tell their story in such a way that others can easily relate to and understand well. Music is everywhere and it is catering to different genre depending on one's taste and preference. It is interesting to note that according to history and experts: "Music first arose in the Paleolithic period (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_music), though it remains unclear as to whether this was the Middle (300,000 to 50,000 BP) or Upper Paleolithic (50,000 to 12,000 BP). The vast majority of Paleolithic instruments have been found in Europe and date to the Upper Paleolithic." I would then say that the evolution of music is actually also the evolution of humans on this Earth and now we are even projecting or sending musical messages to the outer space just in case there would be "aliens" that can pick them up. Certainly, life without music can be so boring and its therapeutic effect is already proven by science and everyday life.

Music is a very powerful therapy, as you have already stated, and I will say that it heals a broken heart and soul. It looks for a way to always keep us lively and inspired to really focus on the goals and dreams we have ever thought of.

Music is also played accordingly  to whatever occasions or events are at hand to suit the ambiance of the atmosphere at that very moment. I can say that life is not fun without music because music has a way of calming one's nerves.

Music is something that cool your brain whenever you are in distress. Music makes you forget some memories of the day and gives your more excitement and enjoyment. Music is nothing but it is to refined one's brain to forget his sorrows. And that is why there are different kind of musics. Many people don't like hip hop musics but they would like to listen music that contains elegy, ballad, and other musics that tell a real life stories. And as for me I normally like music from Eedris Abdulkareem and Falz because they tell the truth. Music is like.

You are right. There are different types and kinds of music but it depends on the nature of the current state at which one is involved in. Like myself I mostly listen to blues as I like it when the environment is calm and cool ready.  People tend to listen to music based on their current state of mind. Like my friend, he likes listening to Blues whenever he is angry or vexed. When I inquired about it and he told me that it calms his nerves and makes him forget about his sorrows and struggles. It makes his anger to roll away and changes his tempo to a calm and cool.mode.

Music is indeed something subjective and depends on many factors such as mood, feelings, and other circumstances. Individuals make choices in the selection of songs that would match, or put them in, the state they wish for through preferred mood regulation. As for styles – blues is rather smooth and produce a relaxing effect, that is why it can be used to reduce stress. It is rather peculiar that your friend listens to blues when he or she is angry or vexed because it soothes him or her. Music is truly effective in modulating emotions and improving the moods as the saying goes, music soothes the savage beast.

The issue with music is so important in my life that those who know me are perplexed by my musical tastes, I can listen to Transmetal, then classical music, go through House, Rave and end up with Latin rhythms... anyway, Music is undoubtedly incredible in our lives, in my case it is not therapy, it is a way of life.

The term "music is life" is a literary term and ordinary people would not understand but those who literary inclined would understand the meaning. Because not everyone like to listen music at all time while some like to listen music whatever they found themselves. There are some movies that we watched and through the music used in the film, we would just understand the meaning of the movie. Music can make one to come out from distress. Music gives hope and make one to think well. Music is good for all whether in low key or louder 🔊.

Country musics are also way awesome! They are one of the best genres people can turn to when they wish to listen to music that will help them to calm down and be carried away. It always feels good to listen to good music and that is what we get here the taste of the country genre with storytelling, twangy guitars, and lyrics that create a feel-good atmosphere. Also, the genre of country music has a feeling that it will always take you to a different world that is more relaxed and possibly from a different era. No matter if you like traditional country artists such as johnny cash or dolly parton, or more modern artists including Luke Combs and kacey musgraves, it’s hard to deny that there is some thing about country music that is unbeatable. Sometimes I just put on my cowboy hat and do the two step and bam I feel better, much lighter automatically.
