This is the first time I have come across this term, and I do have a few questions concerning it: What is the difference between this IUO and ICO? since both of them you`re investing in projects before they are launched in exchanges.
And also concerning the debts—it sounds like this can be used as a collateral, but what about if it never gets listed? (we have seen so many ICO projects run away with investors funds; what if this turns out to be the same?) How then does the lender get his/her money from the token they`ll get from the IUO?

This the first time I am also hearing this term and I also Google it and it is a token in the Pi Network. And also check Coinbase, Coinsmarketcap but I didn't see the coin and that is to show that the project is dead. Even the online, it is only the literature I see and not the real project. And that made me.to remember one adage, many will rise and  but will not see the next day but it is only few will see it. Memecoins are shitcoins which is not even helping any matter in the ECOSYSTEM. They are there to spam the Blockchains. Make a thorough investigation before you invest in any coin.
