I don't even want to read the article as Russia wouldn't give a f*ck about a rating coming from an organization controlled mostly by countries that imposed sanctions on them ;D They even suspended Russia's FATF membership right? Why would they even care about their regulatory standards now?

It's not surprising FATF downgrade rating for Russia. Although since the news doesn't state impact towards Russia economy, so obviously Russia government don't care about it.
