You're only allowed to trade crypto and other currency, it was what the government wanted and Binance somehow respects local rules. Be rest assured that your coins are safe and you can still continue using Binance for other purposes except for NGN P2P and BTC/NGN, USDT/NGN trading.

Dis one wey una still dey assume whether Binance go allow una do transaction make una go remove una money dem from there and delete the app from your phones. Because all these ones wey Binance dey do na for warning di time when dem go close because of the way Nigeria governmwnt give dem pressure una eyes go clear. Go and open OKX exchange account, dis one even better pass Binance. I know say many people like Binance but base weti dey happen make shift small. Then when everything don come down and if dey come back again then we go still patronize am.

I don dey think am sha only thing be say no exchange go be like Binance because them make things easily for their users especially in terms of kyc verification e smooth pass other exchange, I never get any whahala there till date wey me dey use am. Some this exchange una dey rush go create account no get branch for we country and e go dey risky for me and you because they close anytime carry una money miss. For instance as Binance get staffs for we country it was very that easy to put trust on that exchange based on say them workers and if anything happened dem go hold their staff just as wetin happened to them recently about the revealing of transactions

Have you tried OKX? Please go and try it and give me feedback. OKX and Binance are exactly the same and every features and functions are the same and OKX is better Binance base prices. When the Binance drama started I began to look for a good exchange that I will like Binance. I went back to Remitano but no way, yellow card, no way, so some made the recommendation for me to use the OKX last two weeks and I tested it , my brother Binance dey learn where dis OKX dey, everything is just simple to use. And if you were using Binance before then that will be a plus for you to use OKX. I recommend OKX to you as well.

It's just not acceptable from a reputable CEX like Binance. But we can't do anything about that. All that we can do is get alternatives to use P2P. I have noticed that, some of my friends have already started using Bitget P2P. They have been providing services in Nigeria for a long time, ensuring user asset security. So I think you could take a look at this CEX as your next P2P provider, but DYOR first.

I saw a news flash today that Nigerians government ask all the Centralized Exchanges to stop operations and others were saying that it is a old news. And I also believe the part that the news old news. Though when the removal of the National Currency from Binance this Year, some of the CEX also follow up and remitano was one of them. And for now if I will recommend any exchange that looks like Binance is OKX which I have done it before.
