Hi Lovers of meme coins..
Do you Gamble/trade on degens/newly launched meme coins using dextools and/or Dexscreeener? How has your experience been so far?
A friend of mine made over $26,000 dollars with an initial starting investment capital of $10 in less than 7 days, according to him, the first meme coin he bought was below $10k marketcap when he bought it with $10, and in a space of 5 hours or less, the market cap skyrocketed to around $800,000 dollars, he sold and made over $2,800 in profit, he continued doing this every day, doing like two to three investments every day, some he profited from, while some, he lost due to Dev rugging before he sold, overall, and long story short, in less than 7 days, he netted over $26,000 in profit after removing his starting capital of $10.
He told me about his experience and I decided to try it on my own, I funded my Ton wallet with $20 and funded my Solana wallet with $30 and began, but unfortunately and so far, the experience hasn't been a good one, as I write, I have completely lost all this money with shit loads of shitcoins on my ton and Solana wallet I can't sell because they've all been rugged, I have less than $1 left in my Solana wallet, and less than $3 on my ton keeper wallet.
So, I decided to ask the community here, has anyone done this type of trading/gambling before? Or doing currently? How was your experience? Or how is it going for you?

I used to have a profit of about a few dozen $ with memecoins SHIB and AKITA, but I'm not really a fan of memecoins, and of course I don't invest in new memecoins on DEXs. I know that the story of investing $10 to get tens of thousands of $ is extremely attractive, they are featured on many crypto news sites, but that is only the story of a few successful people. People who fail and lose money often don't want to share or don't get interviewed because that story doesn't help crypto news sites attract readers.
If I had a little money, I would also try to buy a few large-cap memecoins that are already listed on reputable CEXs, that would be exciting enough for me. I would rather use the money to buy BTC or ETH than gamble with new memecoins in the market ^^

but i once tried this back in 2021 i tried it with HOSKY since the time when ADA was pumping, some developers are creating memes. this memetoken was pumped that time in their mueliswap exchange not really in the dexscreen. i managed to make just $20 something. i get out too quickly. i could have gotten more.
your friend got lucky but i would assume he b ought every memecoin listed in the exchange.

According to him, I bought 4 to 5, or more, and sometimes, up to dozens of meme coins every day, he did confess losing a lot of money withing this 7 days, he said one of the meme coins he bought with $100 pumped really hard, made him over $26,000 profit, but while he waited for the market cap of the coin to reach $1 million dollars atleast, before he sell, the dev rugged and the whole money was lost.
But then, the good news for him was that he ended up with a really nice profit even in less than 7 days.
Gambling on meme coins are highly risky, but from all that I've seen so far, I think the reward is usually worth the risk when luck hits.
