Hello I wanted to participate in the BlockDag coin presale today.
h t t p s : / / blockdag . network /
I first loaded my TrustWallet with $150 worth of ethereum.
Then I followed the instructions from their website to connect my TrustWallet to their network and I've transferred the ethereum to their address.
I have the transaction record that shows the transfer from my wallet to their address.
The question now is how do I get the BlockDag coins ? From their website it says:
How Will Participants Receive Their Tokens After Contributing to The Presale, And What Is The Estimated Timeline for Token Distribution?
Participants can receive their tokens by connecting their wallets to BDAG. The tokens will be airdropped to your account once the presale is completed and the claiming is active.
The estimated timeline for token distribution depends upon the project’s development progress.
Once the presale is over and I connect my wallet to BDAG, how will it know how much I've bought and how many coins to transfer to my wallet ?
Have I just been scammed $150 worth of Ethereum ?

- If their pre-sale is a type of DEX, I would be a bit hesitant to put money in or connect my wallet to actually buy blockdag. I guess it is still need to be observe
first before anything else in my opinion.
The risk that can be entered is high when you participate in that type of pre-sale mate. And in case you have invested there, they should have group channels like Discord and Telegram so you can see and know their latest updates on their new project that is being campaigned in this field of the crypto business industry.

Are you referring to this project[1]? Have you tried asking through their social media channels? If they are not scammers, then the reasonable way for them to send your tokens is by using a fixed price to distribute the tokens. For example, you agree to participate in the presale and the price for each token is $1, when the distribution happens they will send you tokens based on the ETH price they used to calculate your contribution. They should explain it on the sales page if they're legit, so just check them out. As of now, it seems like they price their token at 0.0045 USD, and will increase it in the next phase. CMIIW.

$150 just connect to wallet and join rpe-sale? Wow, this is really quite high nominal for a pre-sale coin like that. Have you analyzed the coin or project before? I read some reviews and watched it, this project is quite famous too. And I even saw some connecting their wallet with a nominal of $1300 or even more. This is really.....
There are some parties who say that it is like a scam and must be careful. But that has not been confirmed yet. The calculation of the tokens that will be obtained itself depends on the price per/token when you join the pre-sale. Usually on the website, there is a description of how much the price is, and it may vary for each stage of the pre-sale. Usually, sometimes there will also be a bonus given in the pre-sale, and this is what makes it profitable for early investors. But once again, investing in a coin like this where the pre- sale has just started will be really high risk. because we don't know and don't guarantee whether the project is really legit or a scam

I haven't made a research about their project so is their pre-sale done or not yet). If the pre-sale is not done yet then you won't be able to receive your tokens yet but i you bought tokens from their website then you should have tokens in your wallet already. Connecting to their platform should have a record of you buying tokens on their platform when you bought tokens and they should have it on their website on what to do.

I haven't done any research on this project, unfortunately I think this is nothing more than another case of covert spam, as the OP has not returned to the forum to comment on how his investment went and explain whether he received his tokens or not. After all, the quoted text itself explains very clearly what the distribution of tokens would be like.
The best thing in these cases is to ask the team (or the support channels) what the distribution would be like before making the investment, in this way and depending on the answer, we will clarify that doubt and others.

Currently have over sold around $64.2M and seems it keep away as scam presale coins, but I checked with their telegram channel update about how much sold until detail daily day activities with the investor purchasing that coins on pre sale. But I don't get any question yet about how to claim coins there usually after purchasing you can get your coins in wallet but lock or need waiting until mainnet and release for listing at the exchange market.
You need active as to their telegram channel and ask everything still not understand yet how the procedure for this project adopt in pre sale, will your purchase coins directly sent to your wallet or needed to claim later when ANN release time.

OMG BDAG raised (https://x.com/blockdagnetwork/status/1818430336855929080) $63.5 million dollar in their pre-sale. That's a big milestone because a project with that much funding can do a lot but this project is not giving me such me a vibe of such a project which really raised that much money. I don't know how to confirm because the pre-sale page is theirs and I have to connect the wallet, but OP you have sent them the money can you provide the address where you sent the money so we can see if the wallet really has, or had that much money?
Speaking of the claim and how they will arrive in your wallet, that really depends, because some projects distribute after a long time and some projects even real ones ask their pre-sale yours to not to talk about pre-sale or I think it was the private sale in their groups. I am confused about which it could be but I think it's a private sale, not pre-sales. But this sale also looks like a private sale to me.
-
In fact, you just need to ask in their official group why you haven't received the token yet.
But if it's a pre-sale there will usually be a date for the distribution to be made, as it also depends on when the token will be listed on the market.
But if you follow a fake channel and what you are buying is an obscure token, then it will just be a junk token that will not be sent.
You need to do some more research and where you get recommendations to buy BDAG tokens is concerned.

I would agree with your conclusion, because if you ask a question and then answer the same question yourself, it is not logical to conclude that you are asking the question with a sincere intention. However, considering how many beginners are confused with such things, maybe this is also the case here - and I hope that the whole thing will not end up as a scam.
-
OP, from where you got the information about the pre-sale and directions on how to go about it is where you should ask these questions because I tried searching for such project and didn't find anything. A coin that has not being listed in an exchange should not be bought in a rush but with proper research to have more knowledge about the project. I believe there should be a day which the coins will be distributed and don't you think that it is very risky to put $150 in such a project.

I think the OP's intentions have already become pretty clear after all the weeks that have passed since his "question". I don't think it's necessary to give more life to a thread that was only created to spam.
This thread will remain locked from now on.
