When I wanted to report multiple threads that's posted in the wrong board, then I noticed that I need to wait 100 seconds before reporting another one.

I guess it should be lowered to minimal then only it's possible to report bunch of threads that's posted in wrong boards

Yeah, that's the drawback of reporting posts here, sometimes when i'm in a mood to report low-quality posts i always end up getting out of it the moment i reported a post. Sometimes i forget i'm reporting, i'm like "nevermind it" because of the long interval.

You can use a corresponding topic in the Decentralized Team (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?board=323.0) section not to wait. You can report there all problem posts in one post. Moderators monitor this section regularly.

This can be helpful for reporting spams and many others but in the thread I see that admin posted we should use report to moderator button for reporting threads that's posted in wrong board. In that case we have to report threads one by one for that the cooling period should be lesser.

Maybe having higher forum ranks in forum have less restrictions when reporting posts, and if not than that needs to change.
30 seconds is enough or maximum 60 seconds, that is enough time to open new post and decide if you should report something or not.

When you leave your report in the corresponding topic in the Decentralized Team section, there's no need in additional reporting via Report to moderator button, we'll see the report in the corresponding topic and will take an action if needed.

I have already suggested this last April 9, 2024. The solution is to go to a certain board (the same as response to OP) to put all your reports in. Including the links and the description of it. Without needing the use of a report function which is indeed not required to remove the time limitation of 100 seconds. I guess it's part of making it public, I mean the report would be visible not only to the admin/moderators but also to all users where judgment can be done fairly.

Reporting to the decentralized team is good as well but reporting directly to the moderator is much more preferable and the waiting time should be reduced because the 100 second is a long period of time. And one thing if you click the report to the moderator nobody will know that you reported the thread or the post but if you report the link to the suggestion board your dropped then everyone will know the the reporter of the post and that is not good so I also suggest the reduction of the time to report directly to the mod.
