Since many users have anonymous profiles some male profiles may be females and vice versa. Is crypto the way for females to get equal pay for the same kind of work as males?

I think yes, because in crypto I think it's a place where the community, regardless of gender, just needs patience and accuracy, can make money from crypto, and we can decide for ourselves how much we can make.

In the crypto world it doesn't matter about gender, everything is anonymous, for me personal data is the most important asset of all, because personal data is very flexible.
In the crypto world only requires skills, patience, perseverance and willingness, crypto is one way for everyone to earn extra money and there are some people who make crypto their main source of income.
