Title: Would you buy TRUMP?
Post by: TomPluz on May 19, 2024, 04:44:02 AM

Well, this is just another memecoin centered on Donald J. Trump, the 45th president of the United States and is now the presumptive Republicans presidential nominee running against the current president Joseph Robinette Biden Jr (unless he is replaced by someone else due to his obvious dementia and lack of energy).

Just recently, TRUMP coin surges over 100% in a month (https://news.bitcoin.com/as-trump-coin-surges-over-100-in-a-month-trumps-crypto-wallet-swells-in-value/) which is really amazing and made many holders of the asset smiling to the bank. Right now, the price of TRUMP is $8.41 (https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/maga/) and with DJT leading many polls compared to Biden, there is a big chance this coin will continue on escalating in price and of course if Trump will win in November there can be a very dramatic rise of TRUMP in the market.

Now, am sure that TRUMP is attracting support mostly from the people who are conservative and many of them can be supporters of TRUMP but then again if you are looking with something that has the potential for more growth this can be a good option - though risks will always be there, of course.

This is the kind of project that Seems to be pump and dump and the one that I am really afraid of dealing , maybe there there will be some good views from this because Trump seems to be winning the presidential election and this coin will truly benefits from that standing by the presidential name .

I just remember several years ago before Trump first ran for the presidency there was already a coin dedicated to him and there was also a coin for Hillary coin, after Trump won the presidency it just vanished from oblivion and now there's another one created this is to gain the support and the sympathy of the Crypto community, these holders should be careful of HOLDING this coin as it is a pump and dump coin.

I also remembered that coin too but it still remain a mystery to me how the coin disappeared from the market till date nobody heard about it.

Although this coin that launched, this particular coin making waves now is a bit old because it has been existing before the start of this year if I am not mistaken and here we are talking about it to have soared high in price. I believe it would not disappear this time around just like the previous one and if Trump wins this forth coming presidential election, it is an express price pump for it and holders would be smiling at their holdings.

Honestly, even if I knew that that coin would increase its price several times in the coming months, I would not have decided on such an investment. Regardless of the possible profit, I have always tried not to support anything that I disagree with and that I do not believe in.

I don't like Trump as a person, and everything he did in the past while he was president (and before that) speaks volumes about the kind of man he is. I'm not from the US and it doesn't matter to me whether the Democrat or Republican candidate wins, but I wouldn't support any project that this man is behind.

I don't want to take a risk on this coin, because what I'm afraid of is that when Trump fails to become president, will this coin last? I don't think this coin will last long when the presidential election is over. The prestige of this coin will also fade by itself, but it all comes back to the decision. individuals because we are here not  financial advisors

There is a high possibility that the price of Trump token will surge if Trump will win as the President. Memecoin is still on the trend which possible to make more profit if we invest this token today. However, not only this has the possibility to increase because all memecoins have the potential to increase but does not guarantee. Bitcoin dominance has no exception in cryptocurrency including memecoins, so when the price of Bitcoin went up, altcoins will follow. We are in the exciting part of the year where all people are just waiting for the big explosion of the price of Bitcoin.

I view all altcoin projects, especially the new ones (regardless who the developer is) as pump and dump, shitcoins and unsafe to invest in, I wouldn't advise anyone to invest in such project, especially projects that starts of incredibly insane profits and still offer even more higher profits as they could be dumped at anytime and you end up losing your money.

The safest crypto asset to invest in has always been and still is bitcoin, plus it offers even more bigger profits in the long run than all the shitcoins that promise to give what they can't even stick to.

Yes, it may be a good opportunity, but at the same time it may be a high risk if Trump does not win the presidential election, but in my opinion, it is okay to risk some money because the possibility of Trump winning the presidency is high.

As a joke, I remember when Trump won the first presidential term, there was intense hatred for him from some citizens who created a meme coin they called “Fuck Trump.” It was very popular at the time and its price rose a lot, but after that it turned out to be a project to pull the rug out and it disappeared.

Yep. It is likely to be a pump-dump token, it is not a recommended coin for a long term holding. This what we often call as a hype coin, the price will grow when it is hype only. So, I assume the developers of the project behind the coin just take the advantage of the popularity of Trump nowadays. During the president election, the price of this coin can increase well. Moreover, if Trump can be elected to be the next president of USA. But after it is over, the price of this coin will be dumped hard. And finally, it may have no value anymore after few months.

Yes this kinds of coin come with hype for short time. I think gradually its hype will be end and then price will fall and whales will go back. Trump coin will one of thats kinda of coin. I think Donald Trump dont know about this coin. But if he involved with this project then it could be good i think. And i think for the very first time who will buy it he will be huge profited i think.

This coin has been able to generate quite a lot of hype with the US elections which is coming up. Undoubtedly, investing in this coin can be profitable if Trump wins the US elections. But if he is defeated, then the opposite sign will be seen again. As the price of the coin increases, its value will also decrease rapidly. I don't want to trust mem Coins especially such coins that want to survive in the market due to some specific reason or event.

I also agree with you because I also don't want to invest in this currency because it seems too risky to me. If Donald Trump fails to become president, the moment will not be destroyed but the price will drop a lot. And if Donald Trump wins the election and succeeds in becoming the president, then the price of this currency is expected to increase a lot. However, Donald Trump is most likely to win this election. I don't want to invest in this currency even if Donald Trump wins because I won't invest in any currency with such high risk.

+1, it's obvious that this is another meme coins and this is not the first time that we have seen this kind of "project'" about a personality and it did failed and die out. Although in the beginning, it will be pump very hard and everyone will thought that it is for real.

So this project might end the same though, lucky for those who are going to win and jump early and make a ton of profits. But for those who are late and don't know that the game, they might be trap regardless if Trump wins or not.

I am also a fan of Trump and hope that Trump will become the next US president in 2024. Trump's victory can open up a better future for crypto in the US and then worldwide. However, I will not invest in TRUMP tokens or any memecoins related to this election.

Every my $ should be invested in BTC and top ALTS because they will also increase in price after Trump's victory. I don't have enough faith in memecoins because they are just a game of chance in the crypto market, they create fun and excitement but their risks are so high and impossible to control. Anyway, I will wish investors in TRUMP token good luck and become rich with this memecoin!

We are in a presidential race, and whoever created such a token knows this information and also knows that the only reason to invest in this token is to make profits. There is a possibility that the token will be stopped by the Trump team due to the trademark, or that the platform will remove the token (central platforms) or that it will not achieve sufficient liquidity, so the chance of making a profit is 1:4, while there are better and more reliable alternatives.

~snip~

I have written my thoughts about Trump several times and there is no point in repeating myself - but I think that we should not expect anything better in terms of cryptocurrencies if he wins. Although it is true that he was quite "uninterested" in that topic in the first years of his mandate, towards the end he had some strange ideas that the administration of the new president mostly rejected or significantly toned down.

No president or high official should ever be against national interests, and Bitcoin as a decentralized currency is nothing more than a problem that they are already solving through the control of CEXs and ETFs.

I keep seeing this token shilled in a crypto group I am in but nah. It's highly speculative and I don't have time to be monitoring quick price movements. Sadly, even the founder of that group is also promoting this. I haven't seen anyone who criticized the promotion of this token but that's probably because they are already kicked out before anyone can read the comment.
