Title: Diving into DEXs: Fueling DeFi on Hedera Hashgraph
Post by: SonofOlympus on May 22, 2024, 11:03:08 PM
I've always liked platform and exchange tokens because they usually reflect how well the platform is doing through it's price and at the same time, we will be able to predict which one will be profitable though the platform's actions.

That brings me to SAUCE. It's a DEX exchange token and although I've said it on here that I prefer CEXs to DEXs, it doesn't mean I don't watch out for good tokens, lol. Still the exchange is a pretty interesting one on the Hedera network, it has low fees at less than $0.01 USD per transaction, it also has pretty fast transaction speeds of between 3-5 seconds (says the article I read) and it's token, SAUCE, is used for governance and hopefully staking but I didn't see anything about that yet.

If you guys have more information or thoughts about SAUCE or any other interesting projects you are watching out for, share them.

I used to really love Hedera in the bullrun 2021, but unfortunately HBAR has not been able to recover as strongly in 2023 as SOL or AVAX tokens, so I have not taken the time to learn about the development of the Hedera ecosystem. It was thanks to you that I know SaucerSwap DEX, but I have no intention of creating an account and experiencing the power of Hedera. I am only interested in HBAR and SAUCE tokens.

In contrast to the sluggishness of the HBAR token price, the SAUCE token price has recovered quite impressively. I hope that DeFi can make the Hedera ecosystem more vibrant, with more projects and users, and generate more profits this bullrun. It would be a real shame if a project with such potential as Hedera were to disappear from the crypto market.

First of all, how did you get that Jedi title??????? Yeah, Sauce is has been doing relatively well but still now as much as I would have hoped. I'll still be looking forward to how it does during the bull run though

Perhaps because I have a lightsaber, I became a Jedi ^^

For now, SaucerSwap's daily trading volume is around $500K, not bad for a new DEX in an ecosystem that is not as vibrant as Hedera. The DeFi summer could see trading volume increase, helping SaucerSwap attract more users and LPs to become a key driver of Hedera's comeback in this cycle.
