I used Tradeogre exchange few times before when I needed to exchange some altcoins and everything worked fine.
They exist for years and they are known for having strict no-kyc policy, but I don't know if something changed in last few months/years.
However, I wouldn't recommend holding any coins there or on any other centralized exchange.

I have never used tradeogre nor heard of it before, is it a centralized or decentralized exchange? What good thing do you find there that might be different from the rest of the exchanges?

I searched for tradeogre and browsed the site and did not find anything different except for one thing I liked, which is LTC Markets. “I am interested in LTC and this market does not exist except in a few exchanges, so I liked the exchange because it had this feature. But the problem is that the number of coins is limited and the trading volumes are small.
