Normally when you say that you had come across an article you would mention it..

Anyhow, the whole thing about tokening everything is just getting ridiculous, some scammers and snake oil sellers need to understand that there is a limit to the vaporware you can promote, the world worked flawlessly without a coin for every single aspect of human life, the world will be fine without tokens for toilet paper, another token for beer, another token for your math homework and a token yo rate your favorite pornstar.
Let's keep things easy, simple and more importantly void of useless concepts.

Well I am tokenizing my self by typing this reply. I get signature money so I would think plenty of us are tokenizing ourselves without realizing we are doing it.

I was going to say something about me being a Defi getting KFC tokens and pumping out gas tokens and ecofertilizer tokens but...let's not get into details.

Anyhow, if you count it like this we have been tokenized from the start of humanity from the first trade and from the first job that was paid, which actually brings us to the problem of those tokens, if it worked without them for 10,000 years why do we need them now? Because even your sig payment can simply be done in BTC with no extra token.

Basically, it's about turning a person's skills, experience and reputation into tokens that can be invested in.

I actually have seen Mande Network doing this. They're building a platform where you can basically "invest" in people by buying their tokens. The more valuable someone's skills and reputation, the more valuable their tokens become, and you can even find their token listed on most of the major exchanges such as Bitget already.

I think It's still a new idea, but it could change how we think about education, jobs, and even microloans.

It's a good idea but how sustainable is it? Just did research on mande token and it seems you're right. It's listed but price trend is in discovery probably due to those that got the drop selling. 24hr Vol for mande on Bitget is around 700k. Fair. I hope this wouldn't be another nfts or metaverse narrative lol

The concept of human capital derives from the economic model of human resource capitalism which emphasizes the relationship between improved productivity or performance and the need for continuous and long term investment in human resource development. A human resource capitalism model argues that the main source of productive capacity in an economy, or organization, depends on human capacity. Usually i am working on signature, mining as well as practicing investing and trading. You should be able to tokenize yourself.

I think it is a good idea but it might be too limiting. The more valuable a token is, the more people have invested but what happens if someone lacks exposure but is as skilled and talented as those with more valuable tokens?

it does not sound too reliable of a metric but i guess nothing is in this world and everything is very much subjective
