With the huge money he scammed, he can easily change his looks and his information so people and the authorities cannot trace him anymore, he's been to many countries, and I'm sure he has a way to go to these countries without being noticed.
You cannot hop from one country to another if you have a pending warrant. I'm sure he uses the money to influence and change his whole personality, but of course, I hope he gets caught.

Of course, with the way things are in this world. money can buy anyone time and freedom albeit temporarily in evading the law running after a person who committed a crime by victimizing people of their trust, confidence and money. However, as always, money also has limitations and if this Dmitry Gunyashov will never have peace of mind as his own shadow will also be running after him. Not unless he can dead or maybe try to fake his death, there can be a time when authorities will close on him so he can be brought to court to answer the crime committed.
