I'm relatively new in the crypto space but I really love how fast it is expanding and the fact that many countries are tring so hard to regulate crypto proves it's growth. Still with how fast it is growing, I haven't seen much places accepting crypto for payment. In some countries like Singapore there are surely a lot of people who accept cryptocurrency for payment but it isn't widely spread.
The reason this came to mind is because I saw a new project named CBPAY that's supposed to be a crypto payment solution that supports some top cryptocurrency. That begs the question, have you guys heard of this project? I would like to learn more about it. Also, do you guys think wide adoption of crypto payment will be anytime soon? Also anyone that has made us of crypto of payment should share how it went, let's learn. 'preciate it.

OP no doubt Crypto currency is fasting spreading like wildfire globally. The adoption rate is fast increasing little wonder the government is acting fast to regulate it because they know that it would get to a point were the adoption rate by citizens can not be resisted anymore by the government. So they are acting as fast as they can to do their bidding by regulating Crypto currency in their various countries.
Nevertheless, OP this post of yours seems more like you stylishly advertising your product here. There is nothing bad about that but it would be nice you following the forum policies while advertising your product.

It is really possible but we also try to consider countries that has restrictions to crypto but majority of countries I think accept crypto payments but that is only limited to some services just like here in my country specifically in Bitcoin island they accept Bitcoin payment there like in grocery store, restaurant, lodging inn, barber shops and more.

This is nice sir. Does your country have tourist centre that accepts Bitcoin or any other Crypto currency? I think this alone would attract foreign nationals and investors to your country, some would come to stay while some for tourism.
Accepting Crypto payment is a pivot to fast development of your country and not only that, it is another source of revenue generation for the government of your country because they would also charge tax for transactions and business deals that involves Crypto as a.means of payment.

That can happen now, but officially many governments have not approved it to be used as a substitute for currency... only a few countries allow this to happen and there are not many... if cryptocurrency or Bitcoin becomes an alternative payment method to USD and Local FIAT, obviously that is very unlikely, unless a CBDC by a strong country, such as E-USD if the US issues its own CBDC to strengthen USD's presence on the global stage... like China did.

With cryptocurrency gaining popularity and adoption projects are springing up to ease everyday transactions like you said OP. However Coinbar Pay like Ivenpay and the likes are very good alternatives even though they seem to be aimed at a particular region. Like the CBPAY you spoke of, I don't know which country you are from but since they operate with euros, I can safely assume that they are currently targeting the EU zone.
Hopefully when Bitget list it's token potential developers from other region are inspired by thi kind of projects cos it could come in handy when you are in a haste and don't have time for P2P conversion before transactions.

So . let me ask a simple question, pure logic!
Why would I need a 3rd party solution and a token when I can simply pay with my coins I already have directly, just as Satoshi wanted, a pure p2p currency?
Why overcomplicate payments with another token or coin that might be dead tomorrow?

Most governments are very careful in disclosing whether Bitcoin can be accepted as legal tender, because all regulations must be carefully prepared to allow it as legal tender because it will have an impact on the local currency itself.
Even though some may have admitted it, it seems that it is definitely not as optimal as the use of fiat currency.
Most of all, it doesn't prohibit trading, but for payment you still have to change it to local currency. That's the easiest thing to do.
I don't see any institution capable of accepting or allowing regulations without thinking about the long numbers and the impacts that will occur.

A friend of mine accepts bitcoin as an alternative payment method in his business. He is selling phoned and their gadgets. I bought my new phone from him and paid him with bitcoin. I have also bought goods abroad that I paid with bitcoin and everything went smoothly. It is the same thing like transferring funds from one wallet to another. In El Salvador bitcoin is accepted as a means of payment, gradually it will increase. The problem now is that most people buying bitcoin now are using it a an investment and not a means of payment. There are cryptocurrency casinos too.

Of course, you will find it easy to make purchases using bitcoin, because there are still few who want to accept payments with bitcoin because usually the local government does not allow it to be used as a legal means of payment. This is, of course, a problem that still occurs frequently.
Agree with your opinion. Usually currently, more bitcoin is used as an investment, not, as you would say, it can be used as a legal means of payment, or most often, as a trading tool.

About the question ? adoption is already happening and there are only few countries that has banning of blocking the use of crypto but majority cares nothing but letting their people uses this .
so what is the issue about worldwide adoption when we are free to use this any time but our choice?
we don't need to wait for adoption mate , just let it grow by using this .

Indeed, many countries have done as you say and that is the truth that occurs, but we also should not close your eyes the fact that there are still countries that have not fully wanted to do that, because there is indeed a regulation that can provide a sense of security if there are mistakes that occur and the state is not blamed.
Of course, there is nothing wrong if there is an adoption, but it seems that not all the world, as you say, there are always restrictions, even though the restrictions can be in because of a system of crypto that cannot be controlled.
