Have you ever considered quitting forex trading for crypto trading? what prompted that thought? or where you trading crypto and then changed to Forex? what was your reason.

I have traded crypto, forex, option,s and many other things in the past. Stuck with crypto in the end and eventually decided to just swing-trade every few months or so because I don't have the time to trade regularly. My experience with forex and options is not great, either because I used a bad broker or platform to trade, or because I don't have access to a good market. I traded index funds too but realized the profit was too little with my capital so I stopped doing them altogether. Managed to get a decent profit but way lower compared to the profit I got from crypto, although the risk is way lower.

i tried learning about stocks and forex back then but soon realized that it was too complex and had too much regulations that i didn't really find any interest in any of those and when i got into crypto first just to hold i soon realized that it could actually be more profitable due to its high volatility

I didn't tried forex trading, but I tried trading in our Stock Market. I tried it after I learned about cryptocurrency and how volatile it is. For me, Stock Market is kind of slow in terms of price movement which is understandable since the stocks there are less volatile than in crypto, and because of that reason, I stopped it immediately, and focused on long-term dividend investing in the Stock Market.
As for crypto trading, I considered doing it, and lost. That cycle happened 3x for me, and I lost at those 3x. :D Kind of funny especially coming from me that's mostly emotionless when it comes to investing, but can't handle my emotions when it comes to crypto trading. What I would say about crypto trading is to just be ready if the worst thing happens to you because of it's volatility. :)

Your risk policy is what will determine whether you intend to trade Forex which is often higher risk and lower profit if you use leverage or low profit and low risk in regular spot trading or cryptocurrency trading which has higher risk and higher profit. So what will determine this is your view of risk but I personally prefer investing more than trading especially long term investment in Bitcoin or some local/global stocks.

So I am not going to looking other option for now.

Every trader has his specialty as well as level of understanding and predicting the market. Both the crypto market and the Forex market have their patterns and market structures the fact is they are different although they have some simple similarities such as both of them having uptrends , down trends and consolidations. Forex traders would agree with me that the analysis they input in the pair they trade on the Forex market will likely go sideways on the crypto market.
One of the biggest differences between the crypto and the forex market is liquidity and volatility. The crypto market is very volatile compared to the regular currency pairs on the Forex market.

I just remembered that my brother tried to trade forex with Metatrader in the past. Give up quickly due to many reason but I believe lack of easy to access platform is one of the biggest reason why he did that. He didn't try to follow me and trade crypto though, because of the volatility as mentioned above. I think if forex market is as easy to access as crypto market things will be different. Although some platform do offer forex-like experience, but most of them don't offer the same guarantee or security. It's similar to how some platform offers BTC-USD but there is no real BTC being traded here, instead it's just a bet on an empty ticker.

Those two are similar to me in term of trading. The method/strategy you can use in trading forex or crypto can also be used for them both. One distinct difference I can say from the both of them is that, as crypto is been affected by news more often, some forex like indexes don’t get affected by any, unlike currency pairs that’s affected by news and can be traded at anytime. Just go for the one that works best for you. If you’ve understood a pair and they’re all working for you, stick to it and avoid diversification too much. Practice makes perfect if you’re focused on become mastery on a particular project.

I want to learn more about crypto trading and forex trading because I am interested to know but I dont know how and where to start what do you recommend on where I can study that is more easy to understand because I like to try when I have an extra money.

I am an average trader on crypto, and I'm trying to improve on my experience. I like Crypto day trading style but some times switches to swing trades. I have also traded Forex, it quite similar to crypto trading but it is not volatile, and has no spot trade options.
I think Crypto trading is far better than Forex trading, you have freedom to choose from different trading options and you can withdraw your assets as many time as you want. In my opinion, Crypto is the best despite its volatility, because there is open opportunity to make quick profit if you experience and you are also expose to quick loss too without experience.

First time I learn about trading was because of the seminar that one of my nephew took me to and it was then I develop interest on trading but as of then, trading was very deficult. Later on, I got introduced to another kind of forex known as the binary option. After I learned about Bitcoin in 2019 and as my knowledge grew in crypto, I started to practice crypto trading, currently I am not trading forex but instead I'm more consistent in crypto trading. I love crypto trading probably because of the love for Bitcoin.

The Internet is full of theoretical explanations and how to teach you to use trading bots or trading in Spot Market, but the legal status of bitcoin in your country is a decisive factor in determining your choice of the platform.
You can experiment with decentralized exchanges, but the results will not be good, especially when you are a beginner.
the basic rule is that you do not risk a large amount and continue to learn.

Crypto trading has gained popularity as a high-risk, high-reward investment strategy, appealing to those seeking quick gains in a volatile market. With platforms like BissiStocks emerging, traders can access advanced tools and analytics to navigate the complexities of cryptocurrency investments. However, caution is advised due to the inherent risks.

No one would ever had the experience on trading crypto and want to go back on forex, though they may have a similarity in what they do like the way of having currency pairs and the likes, but the volatility in which cause profitability in crypto is very high than in forex because that only deals with fiat currencies, i don't think there is even hype as before on doing forex as we once had it before this time.

Technically I would say that they are some similarities between them but like I always say crypto has so many opportunities to take advantage of if you have the knowledge and skill you can decide to make money from p2p without doing any futures or trying to predict the price change of a particular currency, this is why I prefer crypto to forex. So many people have made money just from hodling bitcoin and other currencies, the interesting part is that not all of them involved in it are experts, so you see there's a space for everyone both the newbies and the experts this isn't something I can say about forex trading

Both crypto trading and Forex trading share similarities, advantages, and disadvantages. However, I also prefer cryptocurrency trading over Forex trading due to its peer-to-peer transaction capabilities and secure transaction processes.

The thing is success in either of them product of both understanding and sometimes a bit of luck. Trading has its ups and downs and that is a similarity between crypto trading and forex trading however if we are talking about where the money really is it's forex trading. Forex trading packs a ton of liquidity compared to crypto trading which is literally a smaller market.
Come to look at the stats the forex market trades trillions of dollars every single day compared to the crypto market. one thing about the crypto market is volatility and this is based on the fact that the liquidity of the crypto market is often based on a small audience.

Firstly it's important to note that strategy matters. The more experienced you are the more effective your strategy tends to be and the easier it is for you as the user to be able to morph it to work for almost any pair or market you may venture or find yourself. There are basically some strategies that are fixed to a small group of pair because of some distinct properties however all markets still have very little similarities and that is where a some what general analysis comes from.
Another thing to note is how volatile that particular pair or currency is especially if they are very different on fundamental factors like news and government regulations.
