I saw the mobile version guide which I follow and it is very simple. It should also be easy to know on desktop.
https://help.blockstream.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408499482009-How-do-I-create-a-Liquid-Testnet-wallet
https://help.blockstream.com/hc/en-us/articles/5301400518553-How-do-I-set-up-a-Liquid-wallet-or-receive-Liquid-assets
Or you also want to know how to convert L-BTC to BTC and BTC to L-BTC? This would be helpful: https://help.blockstream.com/hc/en-us/articles/900001387106-How-do-I-convert-L-BTC-to-BTC
On Aqua wallet, you can also swap it. I saw the swap feature there.

I used to use blockstream green wallet before but i stopped due to few options of changing fees unlike electrum wallet, only for bitcoin transactions though. Never tried the liquid chain so i cant tell any experience on that.

The development of the wallet has started to support Blockstream products. It is a good wallet if you are looking for Bitcoin and Liquid wallet. It also supports some languages, which is an option that you may not find in many wallets

I have not used Blockstream Green before to broadcast transaction but according their their guide on using replace-by-fee to increase the transaction fee, it is stated that you can customize the transaction fee.
Enter a new, higher transaction fee. You can either select one of the three options provided by Blockstream Green, or click Custom and enter your preferred fee. Tap Next, then review the details and select Send to broadcast your transaction with the higher fee.
If what you included in your posted is true that would be an old version of Blockstream Green.

I don't use Green Wallet. But in past, i recall people complaint their 2FA multi-signature wallet (where one of the key owned by blockstream) isn't reliable since blockstream sometimes fail to send the 2FA SMS/email or doesn't sign the transaction. As for other feature, i don't recall people make complaint.

There are two options: either to use 2-of-3 Accounts, where you do not need the key from the Blockstream Green servers, or to wait for a year, as Blockstream Green keys come with a Timelock feature, the 2FA key expires after 1 year, and then, after the year has passed, the transaction can be broadcast from one key.

- It seems like I just heard about it, but I agree with you that you have been using it for over a year, which means that it is fine to use anyway because you have not faced any issues with it while using it. But in spite of that, you still don't use it; it seems like that's what you want to convey to us. Is that right?
Maybe if you feel a little doubtful, you can transfer your fund to your electrum wallet, but if you want to explore yourself in the wallet as a user, I think it's like electrum, which is easy. can only be explored.

This one, that's why Electrum is still one of the best wallet for Bitcoin as we can have total control, however, it has limitation as well.
But in any case, when the fees are high months ago, this wallet could be a good option to move your BTC->LBTC. But currently since the mempool are no longer congested, we might not used this features very often unless you are testing it for yourself.

It is 12 months by default but it can be set to 6 or 15 months.

Electrum does not support liquid network. Electrum is not also supporting USDT. Liquid network is not included in bitcoin improvement proposal. While USDT is not bitcoin.

I did not know about this option, but it is of no use if a transaction can be signed with one key after 6, 12 or 15 months. During this period, without Blockstream Green keys requesting KYC data, the Timelock feature will not help in avoiding fraud.

yeah this is also what I experienced in the past that they hardly send 2fa that sometimes took me more than 12 hrs to keep trying just to get my verification .

not sure about that but fees can be be decided by users by clicking its option to edit how much Sat/byte you are going to put on your transaction but of course that will take you longer time than those 3 options that mostly given when you tried transacting .

I have been using aqua for some time which also supports liquid.
You can check liquid fees here, the same project as mempool.space
https://liquid.network/

I prefer a wallet to have fee customization. Customizing the fee is just as normal as selecting from the options. It will not seem like it took longer time because it will take just few seconds of your time. Only way I noticed on wallets that have fee customization is that it gives the privilege to check the mempool yourself and use the best fee priority in accordance to highest fee rate priority. I can no more use a wallet that does not have fee customization because of this advantage.

Green is not my standard wallet but I used it before and it's not bad if you are connecting Green with hardware wallets.
Last time I checked they improved a lot but they are still not on the level of Sparrow wallet of Electrum for desktop.
Liquid assets like L-BTC and L-USDT stablecoin can be very useful, especially in times when on-chain fees are high.
